The bathroom was not in good shape, the carpet was falling apart, the water would not get hot, and the water in the shower was backfilling. We had an issue with vouchers that were purchased for us as a gift. One staff at the golf course was somewhat...aloft...ok, curt but rest of staff and hotel staff were great.
