Das Personal ist ziemlich unfreundlich und kümmert sich im allgemeinen wenig um was Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Das Personal diskutiert oft und laut untereinander, macht Musik späte am Abend oder nachts im Restaurant, während das Frühstück für den nächsten Morgen vorbereitet wird. Bei Fragen zu Tickets für Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Konzerte ist es nicht behilflich. Das Service-Niveua entspricht nicht der Vier-Sterne-Kategorie.

Non è, affatto, vero.Gli stessi piatti, in altri ristoranti ed alberghi di Ravello, costano un 20 per cento in più.E, per dirla tutta, i nostri clienti stanno usufruendo, in inverno, di prezzi delle camere che sono un quarto rispetto a quelli che vanno dl 1 maggio al 20 ottobre,rimaniamo aperti a fin di bene, per fare in modo che coloro che vengono a Ravello, abbiano un posto dove andare a dormire e possano mangiare, di questi tempi, a Ravello, è, quasi, tutto, chiuso.Stiamo svolgendo una missione sociale, per cosi dire, dal punto di vista economico, assolutamente, in perdita, almeno il cibo , viva Dio, bisognerebbe pagarlo, ringraziando.I Migliori Saluti Avv. Hotel maravilhoso. Localização perfeita, numa vila medieval, com uma vista espetacular para o Mediterrâneo. Café da manhã delicioso, com ambientes superacolhedores. Restaurante competente. Worst ever stay
Awful. Tired property. Room looked like a 1950’s retirement home, smelly, air conditioning didnt work, big road noise. Hotel tried to charge me twice for same room but I spotted due to bank notifications and was refunded. Ended up disliking it so much we changed to another hotel which was awesome

This stay was the HIGHLIGHT of our trip. My husband and I went to Italy for 2 and a half week for our honeymoon and we stayed here for 5 of those nights. We wish we stayed here for longer. It was literally perfect. The one drawback I had was the pool was always freezing so no one was really in it ever. Other than that, the views are stunning, it is super close to the bus stop, super close from the main square, close to amazing dinner options and the friendliest staff we had all trip. We will definitely be returning here in the future!

we had suite 201 and it was loud from the street noise and bathroom had small amount of mold on the walls and Silicone in the shower had mold as well, water from shower ran across bathroom floor, had to clean it up. for 1 night stay price was good and comfortable, would have complained if longer.

We booked this hotel because it had air conditioning. Owners refused to turn it on. Told us to open windows on noisy, noisy street. No screens. Otherwise lovely

The property manager Luigi went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and memorable. He was always prompt to pick up the phone, and assisted us with restaurant reservations and other things to do in the area. The property itself was nice. The room was spacious, and it had a balcony which we enjoyed.

This is a beautiful property that has stunning views over the Amalfi coast. It's located in the centre of Ravello, on a quiet pedestrianized street, with a second entrance on a main roadway, which makes it easier for checking in and out. The rooms are large, have air conditioning and were spotless. The breakfast was delicious and I had lunch and dinner during my stay, all were very good. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again.
