A private multi-home estate in Ravenna, Ohio, designed for large family reunions, corporate retreats, and wedding gatherings. By combining The Barn on Evergreen Pond and Evergreen Retreat, this unique property offers exclusive access to two distinct homes, a private recreational pond, a sports court, and expansive grounds just minutes from Kent State and Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

We live just down the road and work on the property in our spare time. Our team handles the maintenance and management with as little interruption to guests as possible. Routine outdoor maintenance for the property is typically scheduled after 10 am for lawn, pond, hot tub, firewood, etc. Hot tub maintenance is communicated with guests in advance.

Evergreen Acres is designed to sleep 30–35 guests comfortably across both homes. We provide all bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and hangers.

Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): 1 King bed + 1 Queen sleeper sofa (Private ensuite full bath).
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): 2 King beds + 2 Twin beds (Private ensuite full bath).
Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): 2 King beds + 2 Twin-over-Twin bunk beds (Private ensuite full bath).
Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): 1 King bed + 1 Twin convertible chair (Full bath located adjacent).
Additional: 2 Twin rollaway beds available in the rec room + Main floor half bath.
- The Retreat (Sleeps ~15 | 5 Bedrooms | 5 Baths)
Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): 1 Queen bed (Features a wide doorway & adjacent full bath).
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): 1 King bed + Twin rollaway (Private ensuite full bath).
Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): 1 King bed + Twin rollaway (Private ensuite full bath).
Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): 1 King bed (Easy access to hallway full bath).
Bedroom 5 (Upper Level): 1 Queen bed + Twin rollaway.

- Cooking Power: Total of 4 ovens, 2 gas stoves, 2 dishwashers, and multiple microwaves.
- Cold Storage: 4 Refrigerators total (2 in kitchens + 2 overflow fridges in lower levels) to store catering or groceries for the week.
- Coffee Stations: Both homes feature coffee bars with Drip & K-Cup machines. The Barn includes a 45-cup urn for large group breakfasts.
- Seating: Two custom 10-foot dining tables (one in each home) plus extensive outdoor patio dining options.

The Barn: Features a private, year-round hot tub.
The Retreat: Features a Swim Spa (Transitioning to a traditional Hot Tub & Sauna in April 2026).
Note: All water activities are at your own risk.

Sport Court: Full-size court for Pickleball, Basketball, and Tennis (Equipment provided).
Outdoor Living: Two large fire pits, multiple patios, a hammock, and string-lit evening lounging areas.
Pet Friendly: The Retreat features a fully fenced backyard, perfect for letting the dogs run safely.

Traveling with little ones? We offer a crib, Pack ’n play/travel crib, children’s books and toys, and children’s dinnerware. For safety, the home is equipped with outlet covers, smoke/CO alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.

Unlike the individual listings, Evergreen Acres is specifically suited for larger events.

- Perfect For: Wedding weekends, large family reunions, corporate off-sites, and graduation gatherings.
- Parking: Combined parking accommodates 40+ vehicles (significantly more than individual homes).
- Policies: Events must be pre-approved. Guests manage catering, rentals, tents, and setup. Fees may apply

🐶 Dog-Friendly
Dogs are welcome with prior approval.
- $150 for the first dog
- $50 per additional dog
- The Retreat’s fenced yard provides a safe play area for pets.

Perfect for regional gatherings, we are positioned just 5 minutes off the I-80/Tollway—roughly 30 to 45 minutes from Akron and Cleveland, and within easy reach of Youngstown and Pittsburgh.

ℹ️ Additional Notes
- Booking: Booking Evergreen Acres grants exclusive access to both homes.
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay.
- EV Charger: An EV charger (50A level 2 Universal charger; Tesla owners need to bring an adapter) or RV hookup may be available; please contact us for explanation and availability.
- Security: Exterior cameras monitor entry points and driveways.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy:
To ensure the home is properly prepared for each guest, late check-outs are not possible. Early check-ins are not available during the summer months. During the winter season, early check-in may be considered upon special request and is subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain the highest standards for every stay.
