「Not sure if you could find a better host than Kathy!! This was a spur of the moment trip for a group of men that didn't have a clue about the area the house was in, But Kathy was able to fill us in on everything we asked her, from places to go; to both Marinas we didn't know were right next to house at the time. (Which was a big help for us since we had boat and was wondering were we were going to launch it). The house was exactly how it is listed and previous reviews reviewed, clean,...

「We are three senior females that attended the Pow Wow in Durant, Ok. The first problem was the stairs into the house and us carrying our luggage, the place had a smell we couldn't determine. Initially, it looked clean but noticed that there were dead bugs on the kitchen counter, no water in the fridge, kitchen towels, or an extra garbage bag which we are used to having. There wasn't a light over the coffee pot to see how to make our morning coffee. The living room seating was inadequate for us...

「The house was super clean and smelled fresh. There was plenty of space and it had a fun layout with 4 total bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a pull out couch. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly with plenty of spacing between houses. There was no table on the porch, and we never found any tennis or pickleball but ping pong was fun. Would recommend!」

「Perfect for group of 4 adults. Everything was exactly as we had hoped and plenty of room for the boat trailer and easy to find. For the price per night I would have liked it to be closer to actually getting in the lake or maybe at least being able to see the lake and walk to a spot to get in, but all in all worked out perfectly fine.」
