"I loved this property. I said in a garden cabana. AC is great. Definitely need mosquito spray. Only thing I would advise is to use local laundry service from surrounding area as hotel prices are sky high. "

"The resort is next to some nasty smelling rotting trash. You will have to plug your nose walking down to the breakfast area. The food was ok but the foul stenches around the property make it hard to enjoy food. The beach is disappointing. It’s a pond and no real beachfront. Also sketchy looking murky water. No waves. Nothing. The pool is nice but the tiles were dirty, missing in many spots and kids in the adult pool. Bandages floating everywhere too. Bed is like a rock. Uncomfortable. Worth the $80 tho. Private pool access is nice too. Don’t drink the water! Not even for brushing teeth! "

"Great pool. Not enough umbrella shade. Lots of beds. Staff very attentive. No bedside tables or lamps. But a good stay. Our 4th time here so that speaks volumes. Well done all. "

"Too bad.... The location, food and staff were great, but our room smelled of cat pee! They tried to cover it up with air freshners, which had us fooled the first night, but by the time we returned from our day tour the next day, the bathroom in our room smelt so bad, we had to keep the door closed and remove all of our things. We had to brush our teeth in the main room, and hold our breath to use the toilet! When we complained about this, they did not offer an acceptable resolution or compensate us in any way for the inconvenience. This lack of attention to the client experience, especially given that this is a health concern for anyone staying in these conditions, was unacceptable. "

"We had such an amazing stay at the Nai Harn for our honeymoon. The rooms were spacious, clean and the view was amazing. The staff was so sweet and the food was really good!!! The hotel is kind of secluded from the rest of the craziness, which we wanted and liked. You have the beach 10 steps away from the hotel and it’s beautiful and not too crowded. Would definitely recommend!!"

"Overall the stay has good. Our room had difficulties with the electricity several days and the staff helped us but it happened several days. The pool suite tas large but unfortunately very sharp in the bottom. I would not stay here again cause it isat suitable for a family with children and far away from beachen and stores/food. Food options also very few. For a couple og travveling with Friends who Wish for Sun, pool and quiz this is a good stay. "
