“Details were impressive: from utensils in kitchen, to softness of bedsheets. Would stay there again.”

“The house is a good place to stay if you need ample room and want a quiet retreat in Saranac Lake. Its not on the water but within a short drive of downtown and the lakes. If you have mobility issues this isn’t the place for you as the stairs to the second floor are very steep and there are floor level changes. The house manager should, I think, mark the floor level changes with bright tape because it takes a while to remember where they are. The house is pleasant and cosy and we enjoyed staying……

“The back storage room was very moldy and gave my daughter horrible allergies. We were there for a soccer tournament. The directions to find the apartment were not accurate they gave me the wrong store fronts to look for. Also when I messaged questions it was over 12 hours before someone got back to me and it seemed like an agency that did not know the answers. It was a very convenient location and that part was wonderful.”

“We stayed at this house for the 4th of July. It was clean and had a great location! It’s secluded, but still close to town. The yard and fire pit were perfect for the 4 kids we had staying with us. The kitchen was great for our group as well. It was spacious and had plenty of kitchenware to cook with.”

“This Lake Placid cottage was perfect for us! We were in town for the horse show, and very much appreciated being able to come home after a long day to hang out on the porch while the dogs played in the yard. The location is great, too. Close to everything, and an especially easy walk to the public beach area on Mirror Lake, which was a major perk.We ended up using both bedrooms and the sofa bed in the upstairs living room for a friend who came to visit for the weekend. All in all, it was a……

“Walking in the place smelled fresh and clean and it truly was a very clean! Keep up the great work! ”

“Our second annual Lake Placid weekend in the books! Skiing, dinners out, ice castles explored, and lots of laughs and fun inside a cozy, comfortable, clean home, perfect for family and friends! Will be back again next year! Highly recommend!”

“Apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable distance to everything in Saranac ”

“Nothing great”

“Room was clean, warm, and very accessible to Main Street. My only concerns were that the walls were extremely thin and we would easily hear people’s voices, with a single closet door separating our room from other guests’ rooms. Fixtures/handles seem to be poorly built as well. A coat hook fell as soon as we hung a jacket, water pressure was weak, the shower faucet handle detached, couldn’t figure out how to turn on hot water, and the sliding shower door doesn’t stay closed. Not sure if we’d……

“My wife and I stayed at the property for 5 days with my daughters and my granddaughter for a lacrosse tournament. The property was perfect. Modern, clean and had all amenities. AC and tv’s in all of the rooms, washer/ dryer and a great back porch with a small fire pit and an amazing view of the mountains. The house is on the ground floor so no steps to deal with. There are also 2 parking spaces right out front. We were 1 block from the lake swimming area, 1 block from the Olympic skating rink……
