Nice house in Rayol Canadel

Overall, the house was great , clean and with a lovely view. 250 meters walking distance from the beach and a small Casino nearby that had all supplies needed. Rooms are nice, not very big. Should improve access to parking on the property which is narrow and dificult to manouver. A shower courtain in the small bathroom wouldn’t hurt. Having beach chairs would be a big plus. Overall, Recommended, we had a great time.

villa bien située par rapport à la mer ,mais un peu loin des magasins car il n'y a pas de chemin qui mène au magasin sans etre au bord de la route principale . il manque des chaises longues par rapport au nombre d'occupants de la villa. Les casseroles et poeles un peu petites pour les groupes supérieurs à 6 personnes.

Erholsam und Ruhig

Das Haus ist geräumig und das Grundstück groß. Alles ist schön angelegt. Große Palmen und Pinien beeindrucken und es gibt ausreichend Platz, um sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen oder an verschiedenen Stellen Sport zu machen, einen Kaffee, einen Wein zu trinken, mit einem Buch zu sitzen oder auch mal ein paar Dinge privat oder geschäftlich zu besprechen. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen jeweils über ein sauberes Badezimmer. Das gesamte Haus macht einen gepflegten und stilvollen Eindruck. Es ist kein Neubau, aus diesem Grund aber dafür sehr charmant und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, es gab auch keinen Lärm aus den umliegenden Häusern. Parken konnte man nicht direkt beim Haus, sondern etwas unterhalb des Hauses auf einem Parkplatz. Das war überraschenderweise kein Problem (jedenfalls Anfang September). Der Pool ist groß genug zum Schwimmen und der Bereich ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Meer ist nur 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Man kann vom Haus aus auch direkt mit dem Fahrrad losfahren oder joggen. Von der Küchenterrasse und vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen Blick aufs Meer. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Spüle, Herd und Arbeitsbereich waren nicht ganz optimal angeordnet, damit kann man aber klar kommen. Es war ein toller, gelungener und erholsamer Aufenthalt in sehr schöner Umgebung und der Kontakt zur Concierge Grazyna war einwandfrei, wir konnten Ankunft und Abfahrt einverständlich klären, was für einen gelungenen Urlaub ja auch wichtig ist.

situation exceptionnelle

Une semaine magnifique entre pins et mer. Situation exceptionnelle sur une partie de la cote encore authentique (sans constructions modernes, ni immeubles en bord de mer). Piscine parfaite, dans un écrin de verdure, maison spacieuse et cuisine très bien équipée pour une grande famille.Balcon pour les repas avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Petit bémol : une chambre en enfilade qu'il faut donc traversée et la chambre pigeonnier n'as pas sa salle de bain comme le laisse entendre l'annonce. Déco intérieur un chouia chargé qu'il a fallu déplacer pour poser nos effets. Mais c'est pas gênant. Encore un Grand merci, nous avons découvert cette région extraordinaire.

Ein kleines Paradies

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien eine Woche Gäste in dieser wundervollen, charmanten und individuellen Villa. Wir waren drei Parteien, eine Familie mit drei Kindern, dieTante mit zwei Kindern und die Großeltern. Das Haus und das gesamte Areal bietet viele wundervolle Sitzplätze innen und außen, so dass jeder seinen Rückzug finden kann. Insbesondere das kleine Extrahäuschen mit französischem Bett und dahinter liegendem Gärtchen bietet einen eigenen Rückzugsort mit viel Charme . Der Pool ist ein Traum, eine Oase der Erholung, wunderschön angelegt mit zwei grandiosen Palmen. Die Kinder haben es unheimlich genossen, darin zu planschen. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist fantastisch, es ist wundervoll dort zu essen. Das Haus ist sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet, man entdeckt viele charmante Details. Es ist eine Villa mit Charme, mit vielen kleinen Ecken und Nischen und Patina. An die kleine Bucht mit traumhaftem Wasser ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, ebenso der Kontakt mit der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Vielen Dank, dass wir eine so schöne Woche in diesem kleinen Paradies erleben durften.

Rustic Charme in Rayol Canadel

Sehr malerisches Haus mit schönem Pool, der auch Mitte September noch warm genug war. Sehr ruhig, abends mit schöner Beleuchtung. Bequemere Sitzmöbel wären schön. Mehrere große und schöne Gelegenheiten draußen zu sitzen/essen, auch direkt beim Grill ( der nicht funktionierte, den wir aber auch nicht gebraucht hätten). Parkmöglichkeit nicht direkt am Haus (aber bei unserem Aufenthalt immer problemlos). Insgesamt tolles Haus für größere Gruppe mit bis zu 8 Erwachsenen plus 2 Kinder.
