Come and enjoy a still preserved and quite exceptional setting in the Gulf of St Tropez.

Our villa will offer you all the comfort and equipment necessary for a stay by the water.
With its magnificent and breathtaking view of the Iles d'Or and Rayol bay, it overlooks the preserved area of the coastal conservatory and the Domaine du Rayol botanical garden.

Our recent house welcomes you with its 140 m² facing the sea on two levels.
4 Bedrooms, 3 with sea views, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped and functional kitchen.
On request, household linen (sheets and set of towels) is available for hire.

On the ground floor, an indoor-outdoor living space of 100 m² facing the sea, very pleasant, between living room and douglas wood terrace, offering a sumptuous 180-degree panorama of the maritime horizon.

A typically Mediterranean garden area of almost 800m2 will bring you privacy, independence and rest.

An exceptional location to come and appreciate the Mediterranean Sea in its most beautiful aspects and all the luxuriant vegetation bordering it.

In a remarkable environment, 30 km from Saint-Tropez, 15 minutes from Bormes les mimosas, come and discover the charms of Provence and the Var department.

Coves and sandy beaches 3 minutes from the house await you for an upscale stay.

Its exceptional and privileged location will offer you the opportunity to shine in an extremely rare setting of quality and well-being.

You can also fill up on nearby activities whether you love the beach, secluded coves, naps, sports, hiking, reading, sunbathing.

A 5-minute walk away you will visit the Domaine du Rayol, the Mediterranean garden with its 20 hectares of protected natural space.

You will walk on the coastal paths within the domain of the coastal conservatory and can walk the classified stairs of the village, which descend to the sea.

The Hyères islands are accessible by taking a boat 1 / 4h by car from Le Lavandou or Cavalaire.

Welcomed upon your arrival, we will inform you about the house and give you directions on the region, its sweets, its beauties.
The tourist office is also 3 minutes from the house.

Eine wunderschöne Woche!

Es war eine perfekte Woche an einem perfekten Ort. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum und der ganze Ort Rayol hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist schön ruhig und nicht zu trubelig. Der Strand war für die Kinder perfekt und wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Tatsächlich ist der Anstieg vom Bäcker oder vom Strand zum Haus sehr anstrengend, aber für uns - und auch die Kinder 6, 9 und 12 Jahre alt) war das sehr gut machbar. Wir haben das Auto eigentlich nur sehr selten für Ausflüge benutzt.

Super maison !!!

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours fantastiques dans cette super maison, perchée sur les hauteurs de Rayol. En février, le temps fut agréable et les mimosas en fleur. La maison est très bien équipée et au calme. La vue est incroyable ! Je recommande !!!

Wir waren die erste Dezemberwoche hier zum Wandern. Perfektes Haus, alles wie online beschrieben. Sehr unkomplizierte kurzfristige Buchung. Sehr guter Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt 850m fußläufig erreichbar. Wetter war optimal.

Viel Platz und eine tolle Aussicht

Wir waren 2 Wochen im August als Familie hier und haben diese 2 Wochen wirklich genossen. Das Haus ist wirklich groß und der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer unbezahlbar schön. 4 separate Schlafzimmer wirklich toll für alle - Eltern und Kinder. Dass man den Strand zu Fuß erreichen kann, ist ambitioniert - hin ok, aber den Weg nach oben wollte ich ich definitiv nicht machen und schon gar nicht mit Gepäck. Dass im Sommer der Grill nicht benutzt werden darf ist schade, aber irgendwie auch verständlich auf Grund der Waldbrandgefahr. Hier würde sich ein Gasgrill wirklich lohnen und man könnte das in der Beschreibung im voraus erwähnen. Der Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse sollte erneuert werden - bei Wind kippte dieser sofort und auch die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche darf erneuert bzw. abgeschliffen werden. In Rayol selbst gibt es einen super Metzger, eine tolle Bäckerei und einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man alles bekommt. In 7km Entfernung ist Cavalaire, wo es auch große Supermärkte gibt, was sich lohnt wenn man etwas mehr benötigt. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit.

Lovely stay

Lovely house in a beautiful spot with magical views of the bay. Ground floor bedroom lovely but lacks privacy (see-through blind so we bought a covering to hang in the doorway). The house is situated on a very steep hill which means the garden is not usable for anything other than eating/ sitting/ sun-bathing on the deck. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Most beautiful view

A fantastic house with an indescribably beautiful view. Modern and very well furnished house, - large bedrooms, nice bathrooms and large kitchen. Would love to come back to this wonderful place in Rayol. Walking distance to shopping and the beach, - and a good workout on the trip back to the house, where it is uphill ;-)

Umwerfende Lage

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Modern ausgestattet, reichlich Geschirr , Besteck , Gläser , etc. Die Lage ist umwerfend!! Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind geräumig, sie befinden sich im oberen Stockwerk. Die Matratzen, Topp. Das 4. Schlafzimmer schließt sich dem großen Wohn und Essbereich an und kann mit einem Rollo abgetrennt werden. Wer dieses bezieht ist der Chef , Blick auf die Terrasse und Meer ! Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und bietet für 6 Personen ausreichend Platz. Es gibt ausreichend Stühle, Kissen und Sonnenliegen. Das Grundstück ist sehr hübsch angelegt und Naturbelassen. Es gibt im Hochsommer Schattenplätze. Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten zum parken . Auch wenn jemand keinen SUV hat ist es möglich im unteren Teil des Grundstücks bequem zu parken. Dieser liegt seitlich am Haus vor einem blauen Holztor. Die Straße ist neu geteert. Das Haus ist nicht hellhörig. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und können uns vorstellen dies Objekt nochmal zu buchen.

Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war im Großen und Ganzen sehr schön . Viel Platz für 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder). Der Meerblick von der Terrasse ist göttlich, den vermisse ich sehr. Die Nachbarschaft sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine ruhige und angenehme Gegend, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Da man richtig entspannen konnte. Dadurch das die ganzen Villen am Hang stehen, war der Parkplatz für uns mit SUV kein Problem, unsere Freunde hingegen mit einem Kombi, konnten den Parkplatz nicht benutzen, da beim Versuch den Hang zum Parkplatz runter zu fahren, der Unterboden vom Auto an der Hangkante stark schürfte. Es war sauber und alles war vorhanden. Von Kochutensilien bis hin zur Waschmaschiene. Wir hatten zwar keinen Pool wie die anderen Villen drum herum, aber es gab einen großen aufblasbaren Pool, welchen wir für die Kids genutzt haben. Den Strand kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Berg runter ca. 20 min. Berg hoch ca. 30 min. Wir sind dann mit dem Auto gefahren ca. 5 Minuten. Der Strand ist sehr schön, weicher, fast weißer Sand und das Wasser glasklar. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter war super. Wir sind erholt und glücklich wieder zu Hause.

Environnement exceptionnel, la vue est magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison à l’emplacement exceptionnel offrant une vue splendide sur la mer, les collines alentours et les îles voisines. La maison est moderne et bien équipée, elle était très propre à notre arrivée. La pièce de vie est particulièrement agréable car grande et baignée de lumière tout comme le jardin et la terrasse. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!
