“Booked the accommodation as normal, got sent through access codes for the main building door and the individual apartment door. Turned up at the apartment 5 minutes before check in and got an email saying the stay had been cancelled due to ‘maintenance issues’. Several other apartments from the same company still available to book on the website so this was clearly lies, why list a property that isn’t for to stay in? “Never stay here. Was filthy looked like a crack house no communication at all. Had to find somewhere else last minute for 5 people as I wouldn’t put my worst enemy in this house! ”

“Good size house for all 23 of us, we made good use of all the rooms. Some maintenance needed in the games room, and some of the tv’s didn’t work and light bulbs missing but these were minor issues. Overall for the size of the property everything worked well and communication with the property manager was excellent. We had a great week exploring the area, Brigg is a lovely town so a great location. Shame about the lack of garden for our 6 children but lots of parking! The house could improve with……
