I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didn’t read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didn’t have to do that! Great customer service!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Beautiful home and location. Had EVERYTHING we needed for our girls' weekend! It was below zero all weekend, and they even had a repair man out trying to fix the hot tub for us! We offered him hot beverages and warm soup, but he declined. ABOVE and BEYOND hosts. ...
