“Butler House speaks of itself: a house with the amazing management of a great butler - the result of the dedication of the owner, Paul and his wife. Paul was so friendly and though he was always busy at the breakfast room, he always checked if we needed help Our room was spacious, clean and tidy and offered everything we need.The kitchen is big and we enjoyed cooking there. I used their washing machine and dryer and detergent and softener were available. Highly recommended for couples……

“My husband and I absolutely loved this Inn. We stayed at the Aspen Room. It was a really large room. Great conditions. Cleanness was excellent. Bed and Pillow were comfortable. Delicious breakfast and friendly stuff. I would definitely be back. ”

“I cannot say enough good things about AWOL Stowe! I was visiting Stowe (and Vermont) for the first time for a short birthday trip. I stayed in the "1 King Bed Cabin" and it was SO dreamy - a little individual hotel room that was so cozy. It was nice to not share walls with neighbors, while also still feeling safe as there is plenty of people around. The staff also left a wonderful little carepackage in my room with birthday wishes. And the lobby of the hotel was exceptionally cozy and aesthetic.……

“Fun place to stay with kids. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Appreciated fresh coffee always available. Hot tub was not available, which was disappointing, but everything else was great.”

“The suite I stayed in was spacious and very clean… the view was amazing! The complimentary cookies, water and coffee/tea in the room was a nice touch. There was a very nice continental breakfast offered with yummy options. The staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again!!”

“Absolutely in live with this hotel! Exceptional customer service checking in and out! Pool, lounging area, the bridge!! In our winter stay we Absolutely enjoy tubing down the snow covered hill by the playground, my kids did not want to leave. Very clean, hot breakfast included each morning and very helpful bulletin board with restaurants, events and activities in the area”
