“Our stay in this delightful Shoehouse 14-!6 July 2025 was certainly a memorable relaxing treat. You have certainly thought of and met our every need. Beds comfortable, ac adjustable, linens plentiful---even make-up removable cloths. Loved the former ice cream parlor downstairs area (where I had enjoyed previously) as we played board games with tea and Keurig coffees and the convenience of yet another bathroom there. We are fond of shopping nearby in Intercourse and Bird in Hand, PA and truly……

“My husband and I chose this beautiful location for our 25th wedding anniversary and it didn’t disappoint. We felt it was our home away from home. Very roomy kitchen but also the overall space in general was very comfortable. Very easy location to get to. We also had such a beautiful time exploring more of Lancaster County than we’ve done in the past years. The Lake house ofcourse was our highlight. “This is our second trip to Waters Edge. The house has everything and the host is awesome. We had a couple very minor issues while staying there (ice machine was leaking, and a beep noise was coming from the pool filter) and he responded immediately to get them taken care of. There are plenty of nice touches that you don't see at all rental properties - complimentary coffee and wine, all linens, and the above mentioned ice machine. We hope to be back, as long as our schedules allow it!”
