Family Christmas

This was a new Christmas adventure for us. It was different from our traditional Christmas in years past. We enjoyed our time at the cabin with family. This I believe is the starting of new Holiday adventure. This was a beautiful cabin with all the decorations of Christmas time. It was great for the little kids as they were expecting Santa Clause. The snow on Christmas Day was beautiful . Can’t wait to do it again.

Fun family getaway

We and another family stayed at this beautiful Mountain View home for Spring Break. The home is gorgeous and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals and allowed us to avoid having to take our small children into town for restaurant meals throughout our stay. The town of Red River is less than 10 mins away and was easy to access for shopping, coffee shops, and of course skiing/sledding/tubing. There is also a shuttle that runs throughout town, which is great, because parking at the base of the mountain is somewhat limited. Our only hiccup was that our key/access code was not ready when we checked in (early) and we left our name and number for the property management company to call us when it came ready. They still hadn’t called by the time our actual check-in time came so we went back by the office. Eventually, they gave us our entry information and we headed to the house. After that, our stay was smooth sailing and we had an amazing time. Would stay again!

Late summer getaway

Perfect house for a family or 3 couples, nicely stocked kitchen, plenty of linens. Loved sitting on the deck in the evenings,. We would definitely stay here on our next visit.

Beautifully appointed

We enjoyed our stay at Almost Heaven. It was extremely clean and comfortable, with beautiful views. The only downside was that Red River restaurants are not vegetarian friendly which forced us to prepare our meals at the house and unfortunately, some of the cookware was in bad shape with very scratched up Teflon so we couldn’t use it.
