Great property!!

Kitchen was stocked with lots of cooking items, beds were comfortable, lots of pillows, very pet friendly, perfect for our family gathering to start a ski vacation and play games for the holidays. We all just loved it.

Magnificent Mountain Memories

Comfortable stay for 5 adults. Great backyard firepit for roasting marshmallows. Close walk to town and wineries. Free shuttle that will pick you at the front door and deliver you any place in town. Had a great weekend.

Nice Red River stay.

We brought 2 adults and four kids. Fit very well in the place. Only complaint. No coffee filters and no sponge to do dishes. Other than those minor issues the place was great!!!

Awesome place

We had a wonderful trip to Red River! The Mountain Memories house was absolutely perfect. We had 9 people staying at the house (5 adults and 4 kids). The house had more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen has anything you could possibly need!! The downstairs bedroom (bunk room) doesn't maintain the temperature very well. The big windows make it warm during the day and then really cold at night. However, the room had a box fan (as did each room in the house) and it also had a little electric heater. I really can't say enough good things about this house! We would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay in Red River

The home was exactly as it was described. It was a great location just a little outside of town, and there is an easy path to walk through to get into town or to the slopes. It was super clean, and the kitchen was stocked to make cooking easy. The internet service was fast and the backyard could not have been more perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. We saw deer, ram, and some bobcats, which made the trip even more fun. The fire pit in the backyard was really nice. The other pleasant part was there was plenty of hot water for us all to have a warm shower at night. The beds were super comfy as well! We had 4 adults on this trip, but there would have been plenty of room for more people. The only issues we had was my husband had his truck plugged in at night due to the cold (diesel), and someone stole his cord while we were gone during the day. We asked if they could check the cameras that were pointing at the driveway, but then were told the camera wasn’t working. That made me a little worried when we left during the day, but we didn’t have any other issues. Other than that, the home was wonderful for our ski trip to Res River. This is for the property manager- she was very rude to my husband on the day we checked in. She acted like everything was a problem when he asked a question, and because of this, we will not rent through them again. When we arrive on vacation and have spent thousands of dollars to rent a property, a halfway decent greeting and attitude is expected.

Lovely House for 8

Traveled to Red River Jan 13-17th. Picking up reservation info from Property Management was super easy. House was easy to find. The house itself is very nice and cozy. Backyard is not overly big but large enough. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was nice. There were 8 in our party. Our older kids (my son & his fiancé and my daughter with her fiancé) shared the room with the 2 beds in it. Plenty of room for them in there. It's on the 1st floor & they shared a bathroom. The other 2 rooms are upstairs with ample closet space for clothes. We also had our Blue Heeler with us and he loved the trip too. He's never seen snow and absolutely loved it. We had 2 large Suburban size vehicles and one fit in the garage and the other stayed outside but it was nice to bring one in. The used the fireplace once just for aesthetics. The heater works great too. No real issues at all. Loved this place! For the home owner. I would place a long rubber mat or some type of rug along the big front window. This would be for snow days. We didn't have any real place to put our snow shoes for drying without having little water puddles. The large couch is almost up to the door so that's not an ideal place to put the shoes. Just a thought during winter time. We really enjoyed this rental spot. Very lovely house. Thank you.
