Riverbend 8 Efficiency

Riverbend 8E is a recently updated corner studio unit on the river with easy parking right at your door. This unit is ideal for two adults with a queen size bed but can sleep up to four with a full size sofa sleeper as well.



Your kitchenette is equipped with a microwave oven, convection oven, hot plate, coffee pot and toaster, along with a complete set of dishes and silverware for four.



Warm up by the gas burning fireplace year round and the satellite Tv with DvD player. This property does have a hot tub (deposit required), and Wifi. The hot tub is shared with guests at Riverbend 8A.



All towels and linens are provided and towels can be exchanged every other day at our office for fresh ones. This unit has a walk in shower in the bathroom. No washer/dryer.



Other items we provide include paper towels, dish and bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, make-up removal supplies, and coffee.



The property is located on the western side of town and is just 5-6 blocks from the Ski area. This property will accept one dog under 100 lbs with a $125 non-refundable pet fee.



Pet Fee: If pet fee isn't charged at time of booking it may be charged at time of check in.



The Red River Miner’s Transit provides free year-round service to any individual needing transportation.



All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay.





**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring/summer of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 7am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control. If you have any questions, please let us know.



All Riverbend condos are non-smoking.



Guests agree to a $500 refundable security deposit for the hot tub. Please use the hot tub responsibly to avoid additional charges.



Pet Friendly with a Non-Refundable pet fee.



Please wash dishes and take out the trash before leaving the property.



Do not adjust the refrigerator temperature.
