Riverfront! "River Retreat Cabin #4" In Town, Pet Friendly, WIFI

"River Retreat Cabin #4" is located at 101 High Cost Trail, 1 mile from the edge of town. This cozy cabin sits directly on the Red River, Sleeps 6, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. This quaint cabin is perfect for your family getaway and has nearly everything you can imagine for anyone looking for a relaxing memory-making vacation!

Located just 1 mile from the Red River Ski Area, this cabin offers River frontage, sitting directly on the Red River and is close to town to restaurants, shopping and the Red River Ski Area!

Get away from it all! Enjoy the back deck of this riverfront and serene cabin! Fish right off your deck and let the kids play in the river! Enjoy the peaceful mountain views from the upper balcony!

This cabin sleeps 6, with 1 bedroom downstairs with a Queen bed, 1 bathroom with shower, a full kitchen, living area & Smart TV! The upstairs boasts the master bedroom with Queen bed, Smart TV and private deck overlooking the river, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, Smart TV and a bathroom with bathtub/shower. Free WIFI.

Parking includes 2 private spaces. Free Shuttle Service provided by the town of Red River can get you anywhere you need to go around town, with just a simple phone call.
Special Notes:
This is a NON-SMOKING property.
Parking: 2 vehicles max. No trailers allowed, however, parking for trailers is available in the nearby lot across the bridge and behind the Red River RV Park.
No Air Conditioning.
Internet based TV;S, Bring your logins for Netflix, Prime TV, etc.
Pets Welcome! (2 pet max, 25 lbs or under) Non-refundable Pet fee of $75 per pet plus tax is required. Pets shall not be left unattended at the property at any time. A minimum of $500 will be charged if pet is not registered at time of booking, together with paying the non-refundable pet fee. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. If you do not clean up after your pet, a $100 fee will be charged for us to provide this clean up service for you.
*During Winter months, you may need to move vehicles from street-side parking to allow for snow plowing activities.
**Torchlight Parade & Fireworks takes place on Saturday nights during winter ski season as well as certain holidays. Check with Red River Ski Area for more information.

A great stay for my family! Clean cabinet, with great beds and fluffy towels! Being able to step out the door to fish was perfect and the First Baptist Church lit up at night was soothing to the soul! Would recommend!

The location is fantastic! My kids loved being right on the river. Check in was extremely easy and convenient. The blankets in the house need to be washed and the furniture needs to be replaced. There was not a comfortable place to sit in the house. More towels should be provided since there is no washer or dryer. It’s not convenient to go to town to get replacement towels.

Cleanest cabin we have stayed in, at Red River!

Wonderful week at RRFE, and the peace of being outside of town and right on the river was perfect. Very clean property, but the sofa has seen better days. The sleeper mechanism has collapsed and it is falling to the floor. But we would stay there every time if available.

Such a peaceful and comfortable stay

Spacious for our family of 4 and 3 dogs, located right on the river! The cabin is line a condo on the inside but fits really well with the landscape. Red River is a charming little town. We enjoyed all the cookware and fluffy towels, showers with great pressure and comfortable beds. We’d come back again!

Loved our stay. Not in town, but less than five minutes to all the action. We could sit outside and enjoy our surroundings. We actually saw deer, ducks, chipmunks, fish and to our amazement a beaver. I definitely will book at this location again.

The property was very easy to get to, located close to town for quick shopping sprees and dining yet you still had an “out in the country” feeling being right next to the river. Beautiful and peaceful.

Overall, the property was very nice. Enjoyed being right next to the river. The rooms were great for my wife and I, my sister and a niece. All the beds were very comfortable. There was a setback that the upstairs shower backs up and yucky junk backs up out of the pipes into the tub.

Comfortable and clean

This is a nice property, clean and convenient to town. It is a dated, but well kept cabin and the porch on the River is lovely. The living room furniture is not very comfortable, but we didn’t stay indoors much. If television watching is important, the current status of options is quite limited to a very low tier of DISH. The living room television is not a smart TV. There is no television in lower bedroom. These things were not problematic to us, but might be to others.

Small yet cozy!

This cabin is great for those who want to fish the river just steps from your front door! Bedrooms and bath are ok in size, living room and kitchen are extremely small. The kitchen lights would not come on!!! Overall, not a bad little place to stay.
