「The staff was super nice」

「Very nice clean hotel. Good breakfast. Plenty of nice soft towels. Comfortable beds. Need better pillows. Don’t like having to pay for parking. 」

「Beautiful property and surrounding area. Extremely clean and elegantly updated. The reason for 4 stars: rooms do not have mini frig, or coffee makers. Also they don't have a small store to purchas sundries and lastly, their really isn't a Conceige... so no brochures or help. We found out the day we left that there was shuttle, which we would have utilized if we had known..」

「We’ve stayed here before and liked it. There is very early am construction next door and it’s loud. They also lost their parking lot privileges in the big garage and we parked in a small attached garage. We would stay again because everything is near and walkable.」

「One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in Charlotte. I had no issues. Room was clean, bed was comfy, patio was nice and spacious enough- pool wasn’t open but doesn’t take away from the experience. Customer service is super friendly as well. Not bad for the price, gas station across the road and a lot of food varieties. Will definitely stay again 」
