「We had a clean and spacious room. Very inviting and clean. Thank you」

「The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean spacious and perfect for a family. The breakfast had lots of options and was available for a good amount of time」

「Everything was perfect with zero complaints. The hotel looks pretty brand new, and the spaces are very clean and well-maintained. The staff were also incredibly nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.」

「I walk with a cane. There were no accessibility ramps only stairs. Area location was questionable. The desk clerk had 1 tooth. Not a good representative for company. The major issue was the stairs. 「All staff was helpful and attentive. Room was clean…. However the towels did have an unpleasant odor」

「Dead roaches everywhere.」

「Made an error in my reservation and they were able to correct it without any fuss.」

「The room was clean and spacious. The only thing that bothered me was them coming into my room while I wasn’t there. Nothing was taken but they should have signage that I could put on the door to say that I don’t need service. Otherwise, pleasant staff and I would stay again when I come back to visit」

「The room itself in the hotel was not very clean. Some items were missing or not functioning in the room. It appears the hotel is old and never been updated. I can say that there was clean sheets and towels, but that's about it. I will not be returning there at any time in the future.」
