「The day of late arrived in Hurghada and late check-in the hotel, but the recepetion cannot find out the booking reference number from Hotels.com, and my mom and me were exhausted at lobby for around 1 hours waiting. After the long time of waiting, reception still cannnot track my booking data, but finally accepted me to live. However, I cannot believe the room do not equipped hot water shower , my mom travelled for 24 hours from the long distanced of Taiwan, and the frist nightof stay cannot...

「Nous n avons pu utiliser la navette d aeroport .mais nous avons utiliser le parking...nous avions choisi une suite junior avec vue splendide sur mer et piscine eg unz large terrasse pour en profiter...la deco est un peu vielliotte mais la proprete et l entretien est excellent...les buffets du all inclusif sont variés et copieux mais pas vraiment adapté à notre gout de francais je pense...le service est irreprochable...attention tout fois aux personnes a mobilites reduites..l ascenceur ne...

「去的時候剛好是齋戒月，櫃檯人員的臉很臭，態度也沒多好。到達時大概下午四點多房間都還沒整理好，光等入住手續就等了半小時。終於可以入住後換了一位貌似滿臉笑容的櫃檯的人帶我們到房間。介紹了一輪房間設備後，一直不願離去，原來是想要小費。說實在的，光是辦理入住等了那麼久一句道歉都沒有還要看櫃檯臭臉，實在很不想給小費。但他一直等也是很尷尬，給了還嫌少？真的是沒跟你要賠償就不錯了。 浴室裡的淋浴只有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭，水量又小有點難洗。水漬也沒有處理的很好。去沙灘的毛巾就是一人一條，要多的還不太行說飯店規定如此下不為例。沒看過哪家度假村是這樣的，但只要給出足夠的笑容還是有願意給你多一條毛巾的服務人員。 雖然這樣，但度假村整體來說是還不錯，可能因為是全新的所以都保持的還行。餐廳只吃了自助餐，因為要預訂的餐廳根本預約不到或是看起來就沒很好吃。但自助餐每天每餐都會也有變化，不太容易吃膩，選擇也很多味道也不錯，跳過牛肉就好。 雖然一開始入住的時候被櫃檯人員氣到，渡假的好心情全失。還好景色跟環境優美讓我很快就平復了。 」

「优点：浮潜很赞。 缺点：WIFI收费，5欧元1天，如果同时用电脑和手机上网，就要10欧！一个叫车的服务员非常渣！」

「Overall an excellent hotel with great facilities, beach, delicious food, clean comfortable rooms, beautiful setting and friendly courteous staff. Avoid busy snorkelling trips and especially any trips going to the Orange Island! Although the spa itself is relaxing the extra treatments are not worth the money and not great. The day trip to Luxor was the highlight- highly recommended 」
