Lovely clean and spacious room. Tea and coffee sachets provided, we had stupid shaped cups which were more like soup bowls, but we managed ! Fantastic view of the beach. Shower gel and shampoo/conditioner were provided and smelt lovely. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and there was a good selection. ...

Was easy to find and a convenient location to access the centre of Middlesbrough, including the football stadium if you are there for a game. Room was good value for money - only comment is it had a small kitchen area but no wardrobe to hang up clothes..,not the biggest issue as it was only an overnight ...
