Beds were extremely uncomfortable. The shower did not work. I had booked the room for extra family attending a gathering at my home. The staff were very nice, but the accommodations were terrible. So disappointed.

No breakfast, no coffee. Cockroaches in room, careless staff. Pool and hot tub were closed even though I was told it’d be open. I was told by the girl at the front desk the manager would contact me about the cockroaches in the room and I never heard from anyone. Nasty and ghetto.. don’t waste your money here.

Breakfast was good, had scrambled eggs and sausage patties; but, the waffle maker was broken so they had eggos out. The room was nice, not amazing and there was some visible wear and tear but overall for the price was acceptable. A few towels did have stains but bedding was fine.

Tthe carpet was dirty. There were stains and dirt marks covering the entire carpet, starting in the hall and continuing into the room. They tried to cover the smell with fragrance. Luckily the windows opened and the bedding was clean.

Justin was SO helpful as I checked in! He got me a room close to the door to make unpacking my MC easy, he found me some toothpaste (saving me a trip to the store) and he delivered an extra face cloth right away!

This is THE worse rooms I have ever stayed. Check in was a nightmare. Over all condition of the hotel was distressed to say the least. Our room smell of marijuana, their was marijuana pods on the floor. The carpet was stained with god knows what?, everything is worn out, the shower was rusted, mold and ready to fall through the floor. Would not sit on the couch, it too had stains. The wall had been patched, but not painted, holes in the ceiling, air conditioner was dirty and smelled. I wear my flip flops to walk around the room, towels were rags and stained as well. Party going on across the hall till midnight. Breakfast, what a joke. The poor women who works the dining room literally cooked the food in a closet. Not sure the health department would approve. Homeless people join us for breakfast smelling of pee. Homeless hanging around the front entrance. We should have bolted when we had the chance. The worse experience of my entire seventy years.

Pool/hot tub out of order. Waffle iron in the breakfast was out of order. No hot water or microwave (except in room). Room was dirty, mattress on the couch bed was badly stained. The blankets were stained and falling apart. Pillows lumpy. The a/c worked.

I see why it was a little less expensive than the average better hotel. First of all I booked it because its advetising read "jacuzzi" I love a jacuzzi after work, well, the Jacuzzi was empty also Gym was out of order, when I finally got my room I noticed a small hint of skunk weed in the hall way, my key didnt work the first time and got worse throu out the night to the point where the front desk (Bonnie) she was a sweetheart and tried to change the battery I finally put the batteries in and cover back on. some lights didnt work and the coffee machine had no coffee filter holder so I couldnt make coffee. When I went to dinner (walking distance and I get back I was in room #105 and a cross the hall way people show up guy comes in with a big ass dog, pounds on the door female inside opens the door and another big dog in the room I felt the parking was a little unsafe. the breakfast was delicious and I was quite surprised real good food

Bathroom was gross, rust dripping down wall from safety rail, bathtub yellowed, .was not clean. Outlets loose & hard to keep item plugged in. Refrigerator in room was noisy. Breakfast was very sparse, waffle station had no waffle maker, just batter & syrup dispensers. Out of meat with 1 hour to go on breakfast and no more being made.
