「Exceptionally clean property with up-to-date decor and very comfortable beds! Fully renovated and updated interior, with well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of nice touches to make a stay smooth and without issue-- even first aid kits in the bathrooms. Although we didn't have use for the game room, it sure would be fun for guests! Loved the many extra blankets throws, as weather turned cool and they kept us cozy. Our only brief hiccup was check-in, as the host email providing the door code...

「We rented Rafael’s place for an extended weekend for our son’s recent graduation from the University of Redlands! What a great place! Location is only 0.8 miles from the University. Close to fun restaurants and cute shops in downtown Redlands. Great grocery store within walking distance called Redlands Ranch market! 「The property was lovely. Everything was clean and in pristine condition. Beds comfortable. Cool games in the garage if you had a bit of time to hang out. We prepared several simple meals. The location was ideal for our wedding venue and family gatherings that were planned in the area. Grocery stores convenient to the duplex including Sprouts and Trader Joe's. The host was accessible and helpful. A good time was had by all.」

「My family and I loved everything about this cabin! Very clean and cozy, kitchen had all the supplies we needed to make meals, close to resort and not crowded but perfect for our family of five adults. Property manager was quick to respond to my questions via text and also sent someone out quickly because the propane for the fire pit was empty. Five stars!!」

「Relaxing and comfortable space, would stay again. The roll-away bed seems to live in the bedroom and the wardrobe is full of blankets, VCR, etc so there was no space to hang up clothes— felt cramped in the bedroom. Rental does come with 2 deals— half-off 2 hours of a tandem kayak (or a single kayak for 2 free hours I believe) and a similar deal on a bike/e-bike rental. They gave me some but not all of those details when I asked about the kayak beforehand.」
