Situated within the picturesque coastal village of Portreath, you'll discover The Seahouse, a charming three-bedroom property with beautiful sea views. By utilising 100% renewable energy, this property stands as an exceptional and environmentally-conscious option for your next family holiday, ensuring a green and responsible choice for your stay.

Beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, the sitting room warmly welcomes you upon arrival, providing cosy seating and a large flat-screen television. Moving into the airy and well-lit kitchen/dining area, enhanced by French doors, you'll find ample seating for up to six guests. The well-appointed kitchen boasts an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Completing the ground floor is a cloakroom with an additional WC.

Ascending to the first level, you'll encounter three bedrooms. The master bedroom showcases a king-size bed and a private en-suite shower room. The second bedroom presents a double bed and boasts captivating sea views to greet you in the morning. Meanwhile, the third bedroom provides a single bed with a convenient trundle bed underneath, perfect for accommodating children or additional guests. Rounding off the first floor is a family bathroom equipped with a bathtub, overhead shower, wash basin, and WC.

Outside, you are greeted with a garden and patio area with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue for your use, the perfect place to bask in the Cornish sunshine. There is also useful storage outside for surfboards and any other beach equipment.

In the village of Portreath, you'll discover a variety of shops, cafes, and pubs. With cycling routes and walking trails, as well as direct access to the South West Coastal Path and Tehidy Country Park, this location serves as the perfect hub for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.

Relaxing stay after lockdown

The property was well appointed and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a new house in a quiet residential area and very clean throughout. The fridge was a bit on the small side for 6 adults but we managed. I also feel that it should have been advertised for 5+1 occupants as the sixth 'bed' was a pull out affair in a very small room.
