「Condo was dated but well kept and clean. Front desk was extremely helpful with every question we had. A little dark even when lights were on .kitchen table and bathroom vanities were much lower than norm including the toilet. The area was beautiful and the free shuttle was outstanding. Get the # to call for shuttle and arrived in minutes for your transport. Obviously very hilly and walking down sidewalks fine but was nice to have a shuttle home to condo. 「Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff.」

「The place was clean and quaint, our stay here was comfortable and communication with the management was good. The alley access was a little unexpected, I may have missed it in the description but we managed and still enjoyed our stay. We stayed in September and glad there were fans which kept it comfortable for us could be a concern in the hotter months. Overall was a good experience and if we come back to Carbondale would consider this cute cabin again!」

「The property itself was immaculate and our unit overall was very nice. The only downside, was the numerous flights of stairs which we were not aware of until we checked in. Our Check-in experience was okay. There was a man standing behind the lady at the front desk that gave us a dirty look when we were checking in. We traveled in the heat of the Summer and while fans were provided the upstairs did get quite hot, Usually would not be a big issue but we had an infant that naps during the day and this did present a problem.
