“Not very good but not very bad”

“I had a great stay at the hotel and the experience was made even better by the amazing front desk staff. Krish Anna and Sunny were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. They went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me, and they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. Their positive attitude and willingness to help really made a difference and made me feel welcomed. I truly appreciate their excellent……

“Nice clean room”

“No! The property was suspect at best. Hotel was not clean. The pictures on the Expedia website do not reflect the actual hotel in Redwood falls. Did not feel safe at all. No one was available to accommodate us check in with.”

“We stayed for 3 nights and they never cleaned our room at any time. We had to ask for a change of towels,,,not goof!”

“Just an average room but overall clean. Perfect for a single night but nothing that makes it feel great. Staff was not at the desk on check in so had to call his cell and have him come down from a room.”

“The outlet for our refridgerator was broken. The staff was quick to offer another room or a different refridgerator. We got another refridgerator to work and problem was solved to satisfaction.”

“For a handicap accessible room there are many things lacking. It was all the way down the hall a long distance to the desk and breakfast. All of the doors from the outside and the door to the room are heavy and impossible for a handicapped person to open while using a mobility device...no button to push to open them. The bath tub has a nice shower chair and hand held shower but there should be a roll in shower. The digital clock in the room was impossible to set correct time. The desk clerk and……

“The staff have been super helpful and caring, they really do their best to make sure you are good to go and have your best interest in mind, unlike many places ive been. Its also very clean and quiet, and concenient for people that walk everywhere since its close to all the bigger stores”
