"This was a nice place overall. They need to replace the couch in the living room it hurt to sit on it without a pillow under me. The pool was pretty and relaxing but The pads on the pool furniture was ripped and not very padded. With a few updates the place would be great ! The bed was comfortable. "

"Overall house was clean and well kept. The location is great. It’s close to campus. It was nice to have a separate bedrooms and full bathroom for each bedroom. The only downsides were: - The downstairs bedroom was very cold. The heat didn’t seem to work well in the downstairs bedroom. Which if you are hot natured, this would be fine, but I was fairly cold. - When we first arrived, the main house next door had chairs and beer bottles scattered all over the lawn. We were worried the neighbors would be loud and we wouldn’t sleep, but luckily that wasn’t an issue thank goodness. - The driveway shared with the main house is full of trucks. Maneuvering in and out of the garage was quite challenge each time. It would have been helpful if they moved forward a bit more, and I did have maneuver into the lawn a little to get in and out. "
