Bed was very uncomfy, very stained all around. Very dingy. Pillowcases had huge aged sweat stains, spider webs and spiders crawling everywhere. Overall just needed somewhere to rest my head while going to a weekend event.

the staff are a bunch of inbred hicks and they don't know how to do customer service or how to treat customers or run their business.

The policy that you have to be 21 to rent a room is clearly stated on the website, as well as the email you received after booking your reservation. Our staff were simply doing their job.

Fishing retreat
I was there to check out some new fishing waters. The people who own the place were friendly and fun. I slept like a baby and had no problems at all.

Hi John! Thank you so much for staying with us! We apologize, but with the warmer weather approaching, we put the blankets in the bottom dresser drawer in each room, and replaced heavy comforters with bedspreads. We appreciate your business and hope to see you again if you are in our area.

Yes, there are several. For lunch or dinner, Donnie's, Jay's Pub, and Cancun Bay are good places to try. For breakfast or lunch, there is Reedsburg Family restaurant. If you're looking for something fast, we have Subway, McDonald's, Taco Bell, and KFC. All of these are within approximately a half of a mile from our Motel. Thank you for staying with us!

Old time service and value
In late just to sleep. Served our purpose exactly. Appreciated the excellent customer service—they called to give us late checkin instructions ahead of arrival and to let us know our room was ready if we wanted to checkin ahead of time.

Place was old and run down. Bed was comfy but looked like the sheets were very old. Looks like they are trying to fix it up, but it's sad.had to unplug all the glade plug in as it over powered the air

Poor customer service
The motel website said it closed at 9pm so I tried calling the office several times to let them know we would be arriving after that time. The guy who would answer the phone would just hang up on me. Then we waited a couple hrs and called back. He answered with a huge sigh. Poor customer service.

It was ok. Tiny room so nowhere to set your bag other than the floor between the bed & bathroom. Could use new carpet, paint & bedding. The bathroom looked somewhat updated. The wall heater made popping & cracking noises, sounded like it was going to start on fire.

The towels and bedding were old and dingy. One of the hand towels was still full of hairs on it. Not what i expected for the price paid. No wonder there were no pictures.
