Check in was at 4, I was not able to get into my room until 6:30. Front desk was very apologetic but it was a big inconvenience. Water Spa amenities was closed off for Valentine’s Day to people who just had reserved spa treatments. They did not advertise it would be closed, and we came just for that. We were disappointed.

Stay was brief, but fine. Everything was as expected. There was trash in the trash can when we checked in. Aside from that small detail, all was perfect. I'd stay here again.
