“This hotel is located right next to the beach and many other great restaurants in town. However, the facilities are dated: the bed will move, not enough tables in the room, dishes are not thoroughly cleaned and really really thin wall. You have to walk down to the lobby if you wish to borrow a hair dryer. Although my reservation clearly indicated that "breakfast included", all they had was some fruits and cookies. The lady at the reception desk in the morning was really unfriendly, she did not……

“Linens on the trundle bed were SOILED! We also had ants in the room, and the plumbing had some issues. Also, coffee and tea area only available in the lobby from 7:30am - 4pm. We had the read online that each room came with a coffee machine/Keurig. Since we wake up early, we had to wait a while for a morning coffee. It was inconvenient. The main positive is that the property is in a great location, very close to the beach and village shops. The grounds are pretty. The room had a gas fireplace,……

“The air conditioning was very effective! The staff was so sweet and very great at communicating. I would definitely recommend staying here! Also, it’s like a little studio apartment. They have a free coffee bar too!”

“The flooring was not installed properly and and had big gaps in it. The wall paper was peeling off the walls. There was evidence of repairs improperly done in the bathrooms near shower as well as rust showing on some fixtures. The bedding when i first arrived had not been changed properly. When i went to the front desk, they did give me new bedding and i changed them myself. They did come in everyday and tidy the place. I wish someone wouldve left a review like mine so i couldve chosen a better……

“Good location and convenient for family”

“Clean room, clean bathroom, room is spacious and room layout is nice. Quiet area so no noise from traffic. Only noise I heard was from person above me walking around on the 3rd floor. The property is close to places to eat where you could walk in about 7 minutes. I’d say overall I liked my stay. The only real negative I’d say was that they charge you $7 for parking. I have no idea why they would charge this. I think it’s absurd. The parking is an open lot and there’s plenty of parking. When……
