「Rooms were clean and in good condition. Staff was courteous and friendly. Allowed to stay with us as she always travels with us. Had dinner at Cracker barrel which was easy to get to. Overall a good place to stay on our journey.」

「Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」

「Didn’t really care for your property because what is advertised on the website is not what the room is setup for. If you look on your own website it’s totally different from what the room has for. Floors , furniture , bathroom, drapes … everything was OLD and a turnoff. 」

「It’s ok….not a great location and kinda run down if you compare them to other Lofts…. Bar is great…and pool is ok. I won’t go back…had to ask for towels and coffee 3day stay with 3 rooms multiple times No phone in rooms…have to go down. Friday it was incredibly loud outside with screaming teens…5th floor at 11pm. Lots of food locations in the area」

「The property was well maintained and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was well stocked with a variety of options. Room was clean. My ONLY complaint was to no fault of the hotel, the room above us was very noisy with kids jumping into very late hours of the night interrupting our sleep. The staff were helpful when we approached them giving us a couple options. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!」

「The property could have been better maintained and the room cleanliness was atrocious. The blanket and sheets had stains and some hair was noted in the bed as well. On the bright side the staff went out of their way to make it right. Lastly the bed was way too soft. I hope that they address these issues.」
