"Room was falling apart! Pet chew marks on the furniture, molding in the kitchen coming off, sticky carpet, door knob came off on day 3. Had to fix it myself as the maintenance man was gone that day. Charged twice for early check in and who knows what else. Got yelled at by a drug addict for doing my laundry. Had a friend with me as a witness. Staff is amazing though. "

"This hotel was very disappointing. It is not in a very nice area, the rooms were very basic and only adequate for the stay. They were in need of renovation and there was a musty smell around the hallways in the room. Will definitely never stay there again. I expected much more from the Hilton name. "

"Breakfast was great, rooms were beautiful and cozy. The staff was great. Very polite and helpful. I even stayed and extra night. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Coffee and fridge in room. With real mugs and wine tumblers."

"This was a terrific last minute option when stranded in Seattle. Clean and well organized with a comfy bed and relatively easy check in . I would stay here again! You can’t beat it for the price. "

"This was a beautiful home and a great space for our GS troop of 11. We all had our private areas, and it never felt overcrowded. Though this was a drive to get into Seattle, it was still a great location. Easy access to many shops and the highway. The only thing I would say that would have made this a stay better would be having the availability of basic kitchen spices (salt, pepper, sugar) and having the handles for the kitchen pots tightened for safety reasons. I suppose I had expected the spices, as I have rented other homes and they all supplied the basics, which means not having to waste money on big cans of spices and needing to toss out or leave at the end of our stay. Easy fixes. Would not hesitate to recommend this home to other GS troops or rent this out again for my family. Thanks for making this stay memorable!"
