Hotel praticamente affacciato sul mare, comodissimo per raggiungere a piedi il centro della città e il famosissimo lungo mare. Camera un po’ piccolina ma nel complesso pulita, sarebbe da svecchiare la moquette un po’ démodé... Bel potenziale la terrazza vista mare all’ultimo piano, un po’ da rivedere il contorno (zona piscina sotto e insegna sopra).. con poco diventerebbe speciale. Cucina non provata, colazione a buffet abbondante e di buona qualità. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

Temperatura della stanza bassa x essere inverno, moquette macchiata, il letto aveva un copriletto leggero, solo 2 cuscini, scaldasalviette in bagno completamente scrostato e con ruggine, bagno idromassaggio con bocchettoni incrostati, frigo bar semi vuoto. Prima di giungere all'hotel si è costretti a transitare davanti ad una discarica puzzolente. Il personale è l'unica nota positiva. Onestamente non lo collocherei nella cat 4 stelle.

Hotel centrale sul lungomare di Reggio Calabria
L'hotel è buono, ma purtroppo è situato in un'area di forte degrado della città. Il mare è lì vicino ma non è accessibile! Attorno all'hotel ci sono varie strutture abbandonate e fatiscenti, piene di sporcizia e probabile rifugio di drogati. In generale l'intera città è sporca e disorganizzata per il turismo. Mi ha colpito, ad esempio, che nel Museo Archeologico, che va assolutamente visitato per la presenza dei due bronzi di Riace, non mi è stato possibile acquistare una cartolina riproducente i due bronzi. In un Museo che si rispetti ci sarebbe stato un grande stand con un'offerta enorme di libri, pubblicazioni in tutte le lingue del mondo, oggettistica, riguardanti il museo e le principali opere esposte. Nel museo di Reggio C. c'è solo un piccolo punto vendita di pochi mq. e pochi oggetti di cattivo gusto riguardanti il museo, dove l'unica impiegata, molto scortese, mi ha fatto attendere circa dieci minuti, impegnata al cellulare in una conversazione privata con una amica (stavano parlando di come avrebbero trascorso la Pasqua), prima di rendersi disponibile a rispondere, negativamente, alla mia richiesta di poter acquistare delle cartoline riproducenti i bronzi di Riace (è accaduto sabato 31 marzo alle 18.30): la risposta è stata che le cartoline erano esaurite! La città è situata in una posizione stupenda. La passeggiata sul lungomare è bellissima. Il museo, da quando ci sono i bronzi, merita da solo una visita. La cucina è ottima e i ristoratori sono bravi e accoglient

Old and long past its prime
Although the hotel might have been nice at one time, it has not been kept up. Had planned to stay four nights but left after two. Overpriced given there are much nicer and more comfortable hotels in the area for less. Water pressure in the shower was nonexistent; hair drier was held together with duct tape; AC didn’t work; room smelled like smoke; bed and pillows were not comfortable at all (1 option for the pillows: flat). The area around the hotel is rundown and is a bit isolated from the main attractions of the city (restaurants, sites, and shopping). Will not be going back.

Very handy location
Well located close to the beach front with excellent ocean views from roof garden, we walked from the train station to the hotel. Staff conversant both in Italian and English. English breakfast with choice of egg style would have been appreciated. Restaurant and bar did not open till 8pm which was too late for us after a very long journey.

Per vedere RC l'albergo può essere considerato ideale. Vicino alla passeggiata, alla milgiore gelateria, al centro ed al museo. Ha un parcheggio sempre libero. L'accesso all'albergo è un pò brutto ma è agevole.

Very nice hotel very close to beach but it's a shame that the local surroundings are a carpark and a bin area which you need to walk through to get anywhere such as beach or main drag.

Grund des Aufenthaltes war einzig und allein Besuch des Archeologischen Museums mit den Bronzi di Riace. Zu diesem Zweck ist das Hotel ideal gelegen.
