“This hotel property has the potential to be an amazing stay along the beach front. Very disappointed lack of communication from the reception staff. The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! Housekeeping was clean but unpleasant smell through the air conditioning. Strained carpets throughout the building and room. Have stayed there before thought may have been improved. I will never……

“They have the best staff. Very helpful with whatever you need. Large room with balcony and beautiful view. The restaurant on the hotel ground is wonderful. The whole staff made sure ee got exactly what we wanted and the way we wanted it. Domenico was especially attentive. We loved our meals there, and were sad to leave the Hotel.”

“We had such a wonderful stay, the B&B is just beautiful. It's in a very walkable area with a beautiful beach, shops and restaurants. The owner made sure she came by to welcome us and went out of her way to make us comfortable. The staff that welcomes you are extremely professional and helpful. They all treated us like long lost family.”

“Charm airport worked out perfectly for us, after returning a rental car at airport in the evening and then heading to the ferry porta for a visit to Sicily the next morning. Check-in could not have been smoother. Staff was professional, kind, and helpful, including the Manager's uncle! Marta really went the extra mile to help us tweak our travel plan, including arranging for a taxi. The vouchers for dinner and breakfast were much appreciated. The dinner spot was exceptional.”

“Une hôtesse qui ne se trompe de logement et finalement nous cumulons presque 1h de trajet en plus. Le logement est très bien mais la clim se trouve dans la véranda et ne permet pas de rafraîchir la chambre et pour finir on convient d'un petit déjeuner à 9h et l'hôtesse nous réveille à 8h30.”

“Fint hotell med jättefin utsikt. Frukosten inte lika bra som hotellet i övrigt. Utsikten och närheten till stranden enastående. Damen i receptionen var jätte hjälpsam och vi fick låna stolar till stranden. För vår smak blev det lite för personligt, men andra uppskattar nog detta merz”
