「Receptionist was fine. Hotel towels had to be taken down to be replaced as they were old & stained ( albeit they had been washed.)Window was filthy dirty. Carpet was stained. Lamp did not work as it wasn’t plugged in but I noticed prongs were bent- likely reason it had been unplugged. Alarm clock went off at 4 am-cleaning staff should check alarm/clock setting as part of cleaning room . Breakfast was fair at best- sausages burnt but mini muffins and yogurt were fine. 「We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay at the Lodge at Skeena Landing. Our room was updated, spacious, clean, comfortable, and in fact, exceeded our expectations in every way. It was raining so we couldn't enjoy the deck, but we definitely enjoyed our private view into the woods. Check in and check out was quick and easy peasy.」
