    Spectacular ocean views await from this unit in the exclusive North Shores community at 21 Ocean Drive. Enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the beach and ocean from the private balcony.
    Take advantage of easy access to Cape Henlopen State Park, the vibrant coastal town of Rehoboth Beach, outlet shopping, and a wide selection of fine dining options. Community amenities (with a $100 fee) include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, marina, and a pier for kayak and canoe launching.

    Bedding- 1 King, 2 Bunk Beds- (4 Singles)

    This home is pet-friendly and welcomes your four-legged companions for an additional $200 non-refundable fee per pet. At this time, only dogs are permitted, with a maximum of one dog allowed.

    A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $167.50.

    All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Great location for our vacation purposes, biking in North shores- beach time and access to town, but there was some significant aging to the furniture/fixtures/bathrooms, and the ac vent was loud and blew straight onto the bed-- we were told upon check in that the washing machine/dryer didn't work (that didn't bother us as we had a short stay but if we'd been planning a week long vacation with our kids that would have been a big problem) , and the layout of the space wasn't terribly convenient. Overall we booked late (close to the time of our stay) and were grateful to find such a perfect location
