The location of being right on the beach is a huge plus. We stay in a lot of hotels, this is by far one of the best ones we have stayed at in the country, if you want to spend a weekend or a week whatever on the beach this is the hotel you want to stay at.

Very clean rooms! The view is amazing! breakfast was very good! Bring back wine with happy hour. And chocolate chip cookies excellent! The fire pits are great! A great time!

We stayed just a night but the room was clean and the location was great. Staff was friendly. The breakfast burritos were good. I loved that they had beach chairs we could use. They also has a cute happy hour. Its a smaller hotel and i like that as well.

This place is wonderful to stay at if you want a clean relaxing hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is updated and clean. The food for breakfast, happy hour, and dessert were all 10/10. We are very likely to return!

The view from the roof is awesome. The staff is very nice. The cold breakfast starts at 6 and hot breakfast starts at 8. There is a light snack and free beer in afternoon and warm cookies in the evening. The rooms are small but sufficient. The space is cheerful and there are lots of places to sit and read, including fire pits in the evening. Free towels and beach chairs to use. I would stay here again.

This hotel was very clean and well run. I appreciated how attentive the staff was, they were always available to assist. Property and rooms were kept very clean and organized. Access to beach was great, and the free chairs and towels were super convenient. Bonus was the free snacks and breakfast which were always very tasty. All in all, would recommend!!

This is the first time staying since the renovations and what a change! Very stylish public spaces and a modern update of the rooms, making them feel more spacious than the original design might otherwise provide. Great view of the beach and the location allows for a short and scenic trip to the main drag in Rehoboth Beach. One very small criticism that, honestly, seems to be consistent among today’s hotels - tiny trash cans. Staying only two nights, we did not have a housekeeping visit which is perfectly fine. However, the tiny cans fill up quickly and begin to spill over. As I said, a very minor criticism of a really lovely beachfront hotel away from the crowded beaches and traffic of Ocean City. I’m sure we will visit again for another enjoyable stay.
