Beautiful modern beach house in perfect location

It is an absolutely gorgeous modern house and we loved its brightness and spaciousness and especially the elegant mid-century modern furniture. Also the location is ideal so close to the beach and boardwalk. We just wish we could have extended our stay.

Excellent stay

Gorgeous home. Spotless. Amazing location. We loved it!!! Only reason not five stars is couch in family room is really uncomfortable and one section was broken. Management was great and brought a broom as I requested so we could sweep up sand and keep house clean. They should leave some cleaning products. Make sure to bring locks if you bring bikes as hard not entirely fenced it. But overall really lovely home. Would come again.

Winter Beach Trip

This is a fantastic house in a great location: near the beach and restaurants and shops but not too close. The house was immaculate and really comfortable and well appointed. Reservation and logistics were handled seamlessly.

New house, good location, not as clean or comfortable as we would have preferred for the price

The house is in a good location, close to downtown and close to the beach. It's a newer property, however, the upholstery on the kitchen/dining room chairs and the living room couch wasn't clean. We contacted the property managers and they were responsive over text but ultimately never sent anyone out to clean even after we asked several times. They kept blaming it on "the local crew." Not a great experience when you're paying 1500/night to have food stains etc on the furniture where you're eating, hanging out and relaxing. Also, the sectional and chairs in the living room are terribly uncomfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in Rehoboth Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home.The location couldn’t be better—close enough to the beach and boardwalk for easy access, yet tucked away in a quiet spot that gave us plenty of peace and privacy. The neighborhood was charming and safe, perfect for morning walks and evening strolls.Inside, the layout was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals when we didn’t feel like going out. Each bedroom was cozy and welcoming, and the beds were so comfortable that we all slept like we were at a five-star resort.One of the highlights was the outdoor space. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the porch in the morning or winding down with a glass of wine in the evening, it was the perfect place to gather and enjoy the beach air.The hosts were exceptional—friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best possible experience. They provided clear instructions, helpful local tips, and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless.I can’t recommend this home highly enough. If you’re looking for the perfect Rehoboth Beach getaway spot, this is it. We’re already looking forward to returning!

Great house and great location

Overall, you cannot beat the location and the interior was very well done. We went in December for a family holiday get together and the open plan family room and kitchen were perfect for us to hang out in. Because it was winter we didn't use the outdoor space which is very small if you're considering for a time of year where you would want to eat outside, kids play, etc. Similar to other reviews there were just a few short comings on the starter kit when we arrived (one bathroom had no toilet paper, kitchen recycling hadn't been removed from previous guests, no hand soap besides the kitchen and one of the twin beds was missing the comforter) and it took a few days for the centralized guest services to let the local team now and then they showed up so when you arrive be sure to check those things out and let them know ASAP and make sure they are communicating. Again, overall a great stay and we'd go stay there again!

Decent stay

My family and I stayed for a week (week of Memorial Day): Pros: Location - close to beach and boardwalk. Walking distance to everything. House is decorated well, linens and towels provided. Keyless entry is great. Cons: Was not totally cleaned well, lots of dust mites found under beds and furniture. Caused my toddler and in laws to sneeze alot. Had to figure out how to use some of the appliances (i.e freezer wasn’t freezing food so I figured out how to reset it myself). Communication from Vacasa could have been a little better. Also was some confusion since Vacasa acquired the rental company I previously booked with right before our vacation. Some rooms do not have cable, only smart tvs - not convenient if you have family thats not too tech or app savvy!

Great property however disappointing amenities. This is a 4 bedroom house and 3 bathrooms had less than a roll of toilet paper and one bathroom had none at all. There were crumbs on the floor, carpet & coffee table in the family room as well as rings on the glass top coffee table as if it was not cleaned. There was a pile of dirty towels on the front porch upon arrival at 5 pm from previous renters. After a call to VACASA who manages this property, the NEXT day at 11 am, we were dropped off toilet paper. Additionally they only gave small toiletries for 2 bathrooms. They should provide one set per bathroom. We were only there from Thursday check in at 4 - Saturday check out at 10. These amenities were expected for our very short stay. They also refused early check in and late check out. No flexibility. Will not rent a Vacasa managed property again.

Renters should know

The house is lovely and spacious in a very walkable part of town. We were there during the off season, but I’m not sure I’d choose it as a rental for a beach vacation b/c there is nowhere to store beach gear, towels, etc although there is an outdoor shower. The property management company should do a more thorough job letting renters know what’s not available in the rental. Although they say they provide a starter pack, two of the bathrooms had a scant amount of toilet paper left and there were no extra rolls in the house. Thanks to a previous reviewer I knew to pack some just in case (as well as a paper towel roll, sponge, etc). There are also no extra towels in the house (if you’re a party of 8) and no beach towels or any beach supplies (just an fyi). There weren’t enough plates for our group (luckily someone left paper plates) and no cooking supplies (for example, salt and pepper, olive oil, etc is often left behind in rentals - the kitchen is totally bare). Not a complaint, per se, just information that is helpful when planning what to pack or order in advance. There are a couple of rental companies online who will deliver beach chairs, towels, etc. Vacasa could improve the rental experience by providing more detailed information around these issues.

Beautiful house for a group in a great location

The home was beautifully furnished and in a great neighborhood for walking into town or to the beach, We were a multi-generation family group and the large first floor open plan provided plenty of space to gather - we loved the big kitchen island. Also, the first floor bedroom was perfect for extra privacy for the grandparents. Vacasa was super helpful and responded quickly with a few items that we called them about. Don't hesitate to rent this home.

Beautiful house but not well equiped

The house itself is quite nice and in a great location. It doesn't have the classic Rehoboth Beach charm and lacks sufficient outdoor seating area for fit more than a few comfortably. Notwithstanding the fact that we had a nice stay, we were disappointed that the house really is not fully equipped for guests. For example, there we no real wine glasses and no kitchen drain board for dishes. Maybe minor quibbles, but not something you would expect at this price. Most disappointing is that I contacted the management company immediately after arriving to report the absence of wine glasses. I was told that this was obviously something the house should have and that wine glasses would be delivered promptly. That didn't happen. I called again the next day and still no action. This is a corporate rental, so you don't have the personal touch. They need to up their game.

The home was clean and bright!

This was our first VRBO rental through a property manager; we have always dealt directly with owners and will likely continue that course in the future. Towels provided at the house were coarse, sometimes threadbare, and limited in size and number. Of the eight “bath” towels provided for five people, we had to use three as bath mats: really inexcusable with such a nice home. Yes, there is a long list of items not provided; but, for example, you should provide one toilet tissue for each bathroom and one clean, new sponge in the kitchen. This is not too much to ask of a luxury property. The home was clean and bright except for excessive dust on the floors, fixtures, and furniture. Our new home away from home !!

Our family has grown over the years and space is a necessity. This beautiful home is updated, spacious, bright, and welcoming. Location is perfect. We walked everywhere. For those staying in the future definitely bring bug spray, the porch is wonderful, but the bugs were distracting and we all left with quite a few bug bites. And bring all paper products for kitchen and bathroom since the amount provided was minimal. For improvements, alot of the dishes weren`t quite clean and needed washing before use. And the floors under furniture and in bathrooms could have been swept more thoroughly. With 2 toddlers, toys were spread everywhere so more attention for all wood surfaces is needed. We come every year to Delaware for our family vacation so hope that we have found our new home away from home. Gorgeous, comfortable home!

The Property Management company was incredibly responsive. Even before booking the place, they responded to my question about window coverings within minutes. During our stay, I reached out a couple of times and once again they responded promptly. The reason for my calls was due to an outdoor grill for the property. I learned that this was a fairly newly listed property and the grill hadn`t been delivered yet. My group had planned on cooking our big meal (steaks and seafood) on the grill so that was initially a concern. They promptly communicated with the owners to resolve the issue and even though the grill was supposed to be there before they arrived, between the owner and the Property Management company, the made sure the grill was delivered. The owner stopped by to personally apologize, which was a nice touch! The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable with all the amenities you could want. All the bedrooms had TVs, plenty of closet and drawer space, and the beds were all comfortable. We booked this place because it had two king sized beds, so few of the properties in Rehoboth do. Since we were two couples sharing the space, this was a MUST for us. The bathrooms were large and will appointed. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom and really liked that the shower had two shower heads. We loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings with coffee and in afternoons with cocktails. The house is conveniently located within two blocks of the beach and two blocks of restaurants and bars. It`s very walkable to all the fun things to do in Rehoboth. My only criticism, and this is more a suggestion than a criticism, is to have more outdoor seating on the front porch. There were only two chairs. It wasn`t a showstopper, as we brought around a couple of chairs from the backyard. Overall, this house is magnificent, from the house itself, to the owners, to the property management. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in my future travels to Rehoboth.
