Roomy Condo Walkable to Town

We enjoyed our stay, loved the massive couch in the living room. Downtown is walkable by about 15 minutes and it’s close to restaurants, bike rentals, and coffee shops. The beach gear provided in the garage was super convenient and we enjoyed our stay. Beds comfy, AC cold, balcony’s relaxing.

Roomy, nice neighborhood

Very nice to have a bathroom with each of the 4 bedrooms; clean townhouse, situated in walking distance to restaurants and shops, and the top floor bedroom suite is very nice despite the multiple stair climb! While accessing the beach is possible by walking, it's really a hike especially with beach gear and in the heat of summer. Biking or driving closer in town is more realistic. Do not plan to use the grill... probably hasn't been cleaned in years. Quiet neighborhood

honest assessment

First, what did your company provide for over $600?? I could have booked directly with Vacasa and not paid that fee. Property was listed as a "short walk" to the beach. Carry chairs, umbrella, beach items, coolers and small children down a crowed sidewalk for OVER ONE MILE is NOT a short walk. Only 1 of 5 lights in kitchen worked leaving it very dimly lit. NO propane for grill which was quite upsetting when you plan a dinner around it and get unpleasantly surprised it wasn't functional. The house was roomy, pool was convenient, and beach items were very nice.

Nice place but needs a little work.

Likes: The house was large enough for all eight of us, and it was in good shape. The kitchen had enough plates, cookware, etc. and the rooms were good sized. The decks were fun to lounge on and the kids had fun at the pool. Easy walk to restaurants and shops, quiet, and adequate parking Dislikes: We didnt have the right door code and when i asked for the correct one, vacasa gave me the lockbox pin, which was not what we needed nor wanted. There was only one pool pass for 8 guests! The pedestrian gate requires the use of the pool pass to walk out of the community!! The gas grill wasnt working properly -- low flame (despite having full-ish tank) -- it took the vacasa staff a couple of days to fix this AND i had to ask/explain this multiple times! The ice maker ran out of ice and wouldnt make any more -- staff never fixed this, although we didnt realize this until later in the week... dirty shower head, grill was dirty

Nice house, great location, high fees

This 4-level townhome is accurately represented in the listing. It is well decorated and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. That said, I'd like to share why our ratings aren't higher. First, the fees associated with the property are quite high, accounting for 36% of the total cost. I assume this is due to the management company fee. We were in contact with the management company via email twice before we rented to inquire if the broken grill mentioned in a prior review from January had been resolved; we received no response. The grill issue had NOT been fixed and the grill temp could only reach 218 degrees which meant food took forever to cook and/or had to be finished in the oven. After much back and forth with the management company who was trying to get the local management company contacts to come repair or replace, after 5 days, my engineer husband repaired it--the temperature gauge was loose and letting heat escape. Not a good use of his or our vacation time. In addition, on our day of arrival, we spent 20 minutes with their online chat support and on the phone with the management company because they provided an incorrect entry code. It took 4 codes to get one that worked. The management company representatives we dealt with were nice, but with 36% fees, we expect better. We have rented many vacation properties; we will avoid Vacasa because the fees do not assure the appropriate level of service.

Excellent Vacation Home

This Rehoboth property was excellent. It was large, it was clean, and it was just far enough away from the main strip in Rehoboth as to avoid the hustle and bustle of town, but close enough to walk there, and to the beach. Both the Property Manager, Matt, and the home owner, Kathy, were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would rent this home again.

Spacious home, very clean, nicely decorated with great proximity to beach and boardwalk. I would give it a 5 except the grill was not working properly and the pool and porch areas needed sweeping/maintenance. It was a perfect place for our family of four couples with lots of privacy. I would stay again.

The first and second floor air-conditioning did not work the first night. The kitchen sink faucet was loose and we had a hard time, shutting it off. The dishwasher wasn’t mounted to the cabinets and it was loose and rocking within the cabinet. There were a number of lightbulbs that were burned out.

Beautiful home, lots of steps

This home is beautiful, in a great gated community. Had everything we needed including beach chairs. I would have given this 5 stars but the only downside is there are 3 levels, so many steps to navigate. If you are traveling with older adults/seniors who have difficulty with steps, this will not be a good choice for you. My parent suffered a knee injury before or trip and was not able to make the trip.

Great stay in Rehoboth Beach!

Fabulous townhome, freshly decorated with an airy, beachy feel. The place was spotless when we checked in, and checkin process was easy and showed proper social distancing. Tons of space for our group of 7. We liked watching beautiful sunsets off of the master bedroom balcony on the 4th floor. Kitchen had brand new appliances and is very well supplied, and owners provided a few K cups, fresh handiwipes, extra trash bags, and laundry and dishwasher pods. Everyone said they slept well on the comfy beds. The master bedroom suite is huge. Plenty of parking - leave your car and walk everywhere! This is an awesome location, we walked everywhere to beach, boardwalk, and downtown Rehoboth. Having stayed with these owners at their condo at the Grande at Canal Point last year, I was comfortable being the first tenant at this newly introduced property. With COVID-19 still an issue, we wanted a place that we knew would be clean and based on past experience I trusted them. We weren't sure what would be open or closed at the beaches, but the owner was great about communicating and offered flexibility to rebook if it became necessary. (it didn't - Delaware is mostly "open" now). Glad I took a chance!

Wow! This house is amazing, love the gated community. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. The 3rd floor penthouse suite is a great retreat for some quiet time. Loved that everyone had their own private bathroom, as well. We all loved the oversized sectional sofa, super comfy!!! Would definitely recommend this home and will book again for our next Rehoboth vacation.

Had a great time at this property. Kathy was responsive to all our inquiries and concerns. We had plenty of seating in the kitchen and living areas. I especially liked the way the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensil essentials without being too overwhelming. Bedrooms were set up perfectly for our group of nine. It was a girlfriends weekend !

Girlfriends weekend -7 females -celebrating my milestone birthday. Enough room for 7 women and we didn't get in each others way. No complaints. House was enjoyed by all. Plenty of parking for all that arrived. Only issue and it's not really a problem-just wish the Master bedroom was on the first floor...as the host...I had to walk 4 flights of steps. I would recommend and rent again.

Rehoboth getaway

First time using Vrbo and found this amazing place at the last minute. The owners were amazing, helpful, and courteous. July 2021 Stay

We had a great time in Rehoboth. Property was very clean. Appliances worked great and lots of good kitchen items. There were also panty basic like coffee filters, salt/pepper, ziploc bags, etc. which was really helpful. Tons of beach chairs in great condition, plus sand toys for kids, boogie boards and a wagon. Beds were very comfortable and water pressure in all showers was excellent. You can certainly walk to the beach (about a mile) but with kids we opted to drive (so much stuff!) and went to Deauville beach which was less crowded and easy parking (though a daily fee). We did walk to the playground by the visitor center. Only caution regarding the property is if you have very young children as there are lots of stairs and no baby gates. Only improvement would be curtains that block light. My kids were up at 5:45 every day when the sun came up.
