Located in Eagles Landing, just one mile to the beach, this Spacious Community offers 3 Swimming Pools & 2 Tennis Courts to Accommodate Leisure Time Lounging as well as High-Energy Fun.

This Two Floor Townhouse, with 3 Bedrooms & 2.5 baths, Sleeps 6. The Family-Sized Kitchen comes Fully Equipped to Provide all of the Comforts & Amenities of Home & the Spacious Living Room is the Perfect Spot in which to Relax on Rainy or Lazy Days. The Sunroom, Highlighted by Skylights & Floor-to-Ceiling Windows, Opens to a View of the Outdoor Ponds & Waterfalls.

Use of 3 Community Pools & 2 Tennis Courts - Pools are open through the end of September. Steps from The Big Fish Restaurants which is perfect for lunch or dinner. Our first time

Having rented for twenty years from a private owner in Eagle's Landing, this was our first year using a rental agent. Everyone was extremely kind, and the property was in excellent shape. We intend to return there again next year.

Do Not Plan to Watch TV or to Read a Book

There were to be two TVs, one upstairs in the Master bedroom and one downstairs in the living area. When we got there, the master bedroom did not have one. The one downstairs did not have a Xfinity remote. One had to use the controls on the back of the set. -- doable but reminiscent of the days before coach potatoes. Mid-way through the stay the property manager (without any inquiry from us) delivered a new TV for upstairs. But agent did not screw in the legs to set, so the TV was not stable enough to stand. The days we had it it remained flat on the dresser face down. There also was not a comfortable chair or sofa with adequate light to read a book. The condo itself was very dark without a ceiling light in the large living area and only two table and one standing lamps -- all three-way bulbs with one of the "ways" burned out. [Strangely, the master bedroom did not have ceiling light, but the two smaller rooms with twin beds each had one.] Fortunately, we were able to stream on the laptop movies and tv shows and to read books on the Kindle. So be sure to bring both, and leave you paperbacks at home.
