With central AC, an in-unit washer and dryer, and access to the Atlantic Sands Hotel swimming pool—with its ocean views—this is more than a rental; it's your ideal home base for an unforgettable vacation. Enjoy access to the Atlantic Sands Hotel boardwalk swimming pool between Memorial Day to Labor Day. Two designated parking spaces are available for guest use in the lot across the street. This parking is valid from May 15 through September 15. Perfect location, house is VERY spacious and clean. Pool is a very short walk down the block. Host is extremely good with communication. Will definitely be returning!

The condo is near the beach and spacious - plenty of room for people travelling together. It was so nice to be able to be on the boardwalk in less than a minute. One note on location - it is in an area surrounded by hotels, businesses and restaurants, so deliveries (and the noise that comes with them) start early. It also overlooks a busy and popular restaurant (2 of the 3 bedrooms) so there is a significant amount of noise later into the evening. Their walk in is outside and cooks are in and out all day and well into the night.We had multiple problems communicating with the management partner Vue Stay that started with being unable to access the building (we finally were able to get in when another guest shared the access code after they had the same problem) and continued through our short 3 day stay over ongoing issues with the TV's. We were consistently told that things were working, that someone was coming by, but the issue was never resolved. After having experience so many incredible hosts and managers this was surprising and disappointing.
