In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine. Bumpy motor access (100 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Patergassen" 300 m, railway station "Spittal an der Drau", outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Römerbad / Therme St. Kathrein" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 50 m, tennis 4 km, gondola lift 4 km, ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 100 m, children's playground 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bad Kleinkirchkeim - Sankt Oswald 4 km, Falkert 8 km, Turracher Höhe 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Millstättersee 18 km, Ossiacher See 20 km, Wörthersee 37 km. Hiking paths: Nockberge. Please note: car recommended. Object suitable for 6 adults.
"Chalet Jupiter", 4-room chalet 100 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 6 adults. Tasteful and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook and digital TV. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. 1 double bedroom. Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Underfloor heating. Wooden floors. Large balcony, terrace partly roofed. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed, 2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. AmazonFire TV and Netflix access in the house. The kitchen equipment includes a Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle.

Super Lage, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Würden diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen. !!!!!!!!!!!!!
