No phones in room to call front desk. If you needed towels or toilet paper you had to go to front desk to get it. "The staff was so helpful and friendly. We loved the design of the room, the gorgeous view, and of course the pool/sauna/gym. Location is right in the old town, so perfect base to walk everywhere. Would stay here again, and we are quite sad to leave! "
