"This is such an AMAZING family vacation home. The host is absolutely adorable! Janine will answer my text within minutes for any questions. Our host is very kind and thorough with details. She really went above and beyond to ensure our family trip is enjoyable, comfortable, and unforgettable! The house is picture gorgeous like the photos. Every room is spotless clean, the beds are comfortable, every room is spacious and well designed with comfort in mind. Families with children will love this place! Our favorite part is the game room, the enormous and detailed filled kitchen. The pool and hot tub are a plus! We were able to grill steak outside, enjoy every aspect of our trip with this home. "I don’t know if this just happened to be during our stay but there were a TON of flies and dead flies. They were mainly congregated in the laundry room but were throughout the house as well. The house is on a busy road so parking isn’t ideal but we managed fine. They send you messages during your stay and want you to start your laundry before leaving and threaten you with added charges if you’re loud (they have noise monitoring devices in the home) have guests over, or leave any trash out. The vibe didn’t come across as welcoming. I love leaving 5 star reviews for hospitable owners and well kept homes but I unfortunately couldn’t in this case. We honestly weren’t at the house a lot so we didn’t use much, but they didn’t provide any hand towels or anything besides two travel size shampoo and body wash (mind you we had 4 adults booked 2 nights for this property). The positives of this house is that it’s very centrally located, easy to access the home, and has a lot of beds. I hope the owners use this feedback to improve future guest experience! "

"This host went above and beyond our expectations for making sure our stay was outstanding. The house felt comfortable and cozy for a large family group vacation and he made sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient to many attractions but in a neighbor that was quiet at night after a busy day. Only suggestion would be to put in railing on the pool steps to make it easier to get in and out of the pool."
