“The host was extremely helpful with a reservation snafu. Great communication. Easy check-in. Perfect location. Very walkable. Unit was clean except: the couch was awful — stained all over, saggy, not super comfortable, needs to be replaced; towels were clean but bleach stained; carpet is tired; magazines from 2021; just needs a bit of attention and refresh.”
