Chalet with a terrace hot tub and sauna

A fantastic location with a year-round heated hot tub and private sauna—pure relaxation included! On the furnished patio, you can grill on the Weber charcoal grill while the kids play foosball. In the evening, a smart TV with home theater sound, a large balcony, and a small porch invite you to relax. Travel cribs are available, and electric car drivers can conveniently charge their vehicles at the wall box. Perfect for families and groups of friends!
The highlight is, of course, the hot tub on the terrace—enjoy it in the evening after a hike in the summer or during the colder months with heated bubbling water :-)
You can also use the sauna year-round (and, of course, free of charge).
The house itself has 4 very different bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and a stunning panoramic window
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160 cm) and a loft in each with an additional bed (140 cm). Please note: Due to the sloped ceiling, the height in the loft ranges from 60 to 110 cm, and it is accessible via a narrow staircase
- 1 bedroom in the basement with a double bed (180 cm), away from the hustle and bustle, with its own desk
There’s also a workspace with an extra monitor so you can get some work done even while on vacation...

Our vacation home is located in the heart of the idyllic Chiemgau Alps in Reit im Winkl—one of Bavaria’s most beautiful mountain villages. The cross-country ski trail is just 100 meters from the house, ideal for cross-country skiers of all skill levels. The Winklmoosalm, with its hiking and skiing opportunities, is just a ten-minute drive away, as is the picturesque 3-Lakes Region with Mittersee, Lödensee, and the Mittersee cross-country trail—perfect for swimming and strolling. Whether it’s a summer or winter vacation: Here, alpine idyll blends with a wide range of recreational activities for the whole family.
We’re two “Preiß’n” who just happened to end up (!) in Inzell—and have enriched our lives there with a wonderful son!, When we’re not passionately working on our vacation home project, “…just take a deep breath,” we enjoy life and the mountains in and around Inzell—it’s wonderful!!
