A pleasant cottage for rent in the town of Penvenan, located close to the small typical port of Bugueles, which has kept all its charm of a small Breton port. You will have your feet in the water, located 2 m from the water, with a large garden, a private courtyard.

If you have a boat, the port has a large slipway.

A superb breathtaking view from the living room, the kitchen and the large terrace awaits you facing the tidal mill of Bugueles and its island.

During high tides, the property is surrounded by water, you will feel like on an island, without having the disadvantages!

All modern comfort, in this house which was completely renovated in 2010.

This is a lovely area to stay in, particularly if you like walking, rugged coastlines and quiet. The area was incredibly peaceful, very quiet at night. When the tide is out, which it seemed to be when we were there, you can walk a long way

wunderschöner Ort

Das Haus liegt ideal, tolle Sonnenuntergänge beenden die Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder den Strandtag. Das Haus ist eher pragmatisch eingerichtet, etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail wäre schön. So gibt es zwar Bettwäsche, aber leider keine richtige Decken sondern lediglich Wolldecken dazu. Der Ort ist ruhig, genug Raum für alles ist auch vorhanden.

Situation et maison idéale avec des enfants

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans ce bel endroit. Nous étions 4 adultes et deux enfants de 3 ans. La maison est lumineuse avec vue sur mer. Elle est très fonctionnelle et clean. Pas de bibelots ou choses fragiles , jardin clôturé : top avec des enfants..Grande possibilité de rangement. On reviendra!

Lovely location and spacious, comfortable property. Easy drive from Roscoff and plenty of parking space. We were grateful for early access and Fabienne met us promptly. She was very friendly and helpful. We did feel that provision of certain basic items for cooking and cleaning would have been helpful and would have preferred utilities to have been included in the overall cost. In addition, there is a sleeping area which has no privacy which we think should have been made clear in the particulars. Overall though, a good choice for a family holiday in a very tranquil and pretty location.

large and clean house with a view at the see which is unbelievable

The house was clean and did have all you need. The facilities for outsite was quite basic (no cussions for the chairs, and only 2 chairs for lying in confort. as we were only wih 2 persons, the price for hiring bed-linnen and towels was high! perhaps tip for the owener: ask the pricing for the amount of visitors. Also a tip: make it possible to disconnect the exhaust-fan in the kichen during the night: it make quite a noise. But: the location and view from the garden is beautiful! thanks for your hospitality.

Grosszügige Anlage in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem sehr geräumigen und gut ausgestatteten Haus sehr genossen. Der Blick aus dem Garten und Wohnzimmer ist wirklich grossartig. Auch die Ruhe hat uns sehr gefallen. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern ist sicherlich das vorhandene Spielzimmer attraktiv. Alles war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin einfach. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil im Online-Inserat nicht darauf hingewiesen wird, dass zusätzliche Kosten vorort für Nebenkosten nach Verbrauch berechnet werden. Neben Wasser und Strom müssen auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra bezahlt werden. Für die vorhandenen Decken gibt es leider keine Bezüge. Der aufgeführte Whirlpool war auch nicht zu entdecken, Ein Auto ist von Vorteil, da erst in Penvenan ca. 3km bergauf entfernt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bestehen. Zwei nette Lokale sind aber in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Komfortables Haus

Tolle Küche, super Matratze(Emma) Elektr. Rollos,Stauraum ohne Ende, grosse Terrasse,genügend Equipment vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, Fahrradwege zur Genüge.. Allerdings wäre ein Grill wie auf den Bildern (gemauert) schön gewesen, der Kugelgrill war total verdreckt. Und....um an einen Strand zu gelangen muss man warten bis Ebbe ist um dann über Sumpf und Stein ca.15 Minuten zu balancieren. Die Aussicht auf einen Pfuhl mit oder ohne Wasser war nicht berauschend. Füsse im Wasser haben wir uns anders vorgestellt. Marine war sehr nett und ordentlich.

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer

Das Haus liegt wunderschön unmittelbar an einem Seitenarm des Meeres am Ende einer Bucht. Bei Ebbe ist der Besuch der unmittelbar vorgelagerten Insel mit einem kaum frequentierten Südsee-Paradies-Strand unschlagbar. Das Haus selbst hat alles, was man braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir die riesige Terrasse. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Bugueles. Merci Beaucoup! Florian et Famille

Excellent Séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison, au rythme des marées. L’environnement est vraiment magnifique. La situation est idéale pour découvrir la région. Un vrai petit coin de Paradis les pieds dans l'eau !

Nous avons passé 1 Semaine de pur bonheur dans un cadre magnifique et tellement reposant. Ici....le silence est roi au rythme des marées.... Et si vous êtes randonneur dans l'âme, vous y trouverez à chaque pas des nouveaux paysages dans ce joli petit coin de Bretagne. Concernant la Maison, c'est un vrai havre de paix ! Très bien située et aussi très bien équipée. Contacts chaleureux avec le propriétaire. Location à recommander pour les amoureux de la nature et de la tranquilité. Sylvie et Philippe ( Nantes )
