「I spoke with the owner of the hotel because the hotel was too dirty too sleep in. The pool does not work and has not worked in over 5years per an anonymous person. There is not a 24 hour service desk that checks in and out.
I have requested and have been assured by the own that.either my reservations were cancelled or I will receive a full refund.」
