「There is lot of room to improve in Food quality and taste. Restaurants inhouse are just mediocre. I suggest they bring in some good chefs to add variety. As an Indian, I did not like any Indian inhouse cuisine. I had to order both meals from Khana Kazana」

The Kigali Heights Mall across the street was great. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Hôtel très propre, quoi que les chambres manques un peu d’entretien. Personnel très accueillant, courtois et à notre service. Fabrice a fait le maximum pour faciliter notre séjour et nous aider avec la location d’une voiture et nos hébergements dans les parcs nationaux. La vue du site est incroyable, peut-être un peu isolée.」

「The place has great potential. A few things can be improved to make it better. The breakfast is basic, there is less things to eat each day. The food at restaurants is overcharged based on what you can find at nearby and better restaurants. Room are comfortable but amenities in room is lacking.. eg: there was only 2 hangers. Sanitary equipment is very old and outdated in bathrooms etc. The few improvements can give the place a better reputation and attract more customers. 」
