"This is a motel not hotel (as listed) and it’s very dirty. Walls are thin. You could hear everything going on in the other rooms. I paid for a non smoking room but there were people smoking and drinking all over the property. The front door to the room wasn’t leveled so there was a slight opening where someone can peak into the room. The furniture was broken and dirty, stains all over the bed sheets and chairs full of stains and dirt. The shower and sink weren’t sealed correctly, holes in the ceiling of the shower. The microwave was from the 1980’s and the mini refrigerator was dirty…both were located in the dressers. Terrible place to stay. "

"The room was beautiful. It was big and I lived the view. I had a corner suit. I want to go back and stay longer. I def want to recommend Ocean."

"We stayed on the Laguana side and the room we had was disgusting. I have never stayed in such a nasty room before. They said the hotel was booked so no other rooms were available due to some sort of event. The rug was dirty and sticky, under the table where you could sit and eat in the room was never vacuumed and had dried white stuff on it, the table tops had food crumbs still on them, the bathroom floor needed to be mopped and the chairs in the room had food crumbs along the crevices of the chairs and seat. This was the worst and will never go back again. We are planning our weekend getaway at another property next month"

"The pictures didnt match the experience. The staff was delightful but the rooms were subpar. My refrigerator was broken and had a bad smell. There was dirt/mildew on the walls, the tv channels barely worked. The "breakfast" was donuts, cereal and bread that you could toast. I will never stay here again "

"The first room I was assigned was unmade, then bed was mot made there was a bag of bar bags and a half a cup of liquid with a straw in a Wawa cup. The. Bathroom light was on and there was trash in on the floor. I went to the front desk arriving late due to a meeting I was coming from for initial check in. I informed the front desk and they brushed it off and then the gentleman who was a young man working the desk came up with me to see give me another room. He checked the one with me in person and said, “Is this one okay?” Very rude. Regardless it was now almost 2am. I drove three hours to get there for a Marine Corps League Convention. I took the room and then a shower. The shower rod was broken off the wall which unnoticed when I slide the curtain over, and the shower head sputtered water out. I had to manipulate it to make it somewhat stay in a position on the dial of the shower head to where water somewhat sprayed out with a hiss. Water regardless was shooting out of the shower die to the broken curtain rod. I only went back to sleep and when the weekend hit it got loud and cars were racing their engines outside the hotel from 22:00 - 0:00. My window was on the parking lot side btw not the road side. I left on Sunday and have six red legion marks on my skin from bed bugs. I got when I was there. Called for a form of refund or settlement to no evaluation the gentleman hung up on me. So please don’t stay here!!"

"I guess you get what you pay for, but for not much more you can have cleanliness, peace, and comfort, so this seems not worth it. First, despite signs saying no smoking, the whole place reeked of weed. You could smell it from the street, even with car windows up. Parts of the floor, the bathtub, and the sheets and pillowcases were either stained or visibly dirty. The bathtub was definitely dirty, and so was the inside of the freezer, with lots of debris. I had been looking forward to a hot bath after a long, cold day, so that was disappointing. The water came out brown, though, so I didn’t even get a shower, which was the whole reason I got a hotel instead of just sleeping at a truck stop. It was very, very loud, even after one and two am, which made it hard to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable, like within a few minutes of lying down you could feel the platform underneath the mattress. There were no fitted sheets, just a flat sheet draped over the mattress rather carelessly. The tv was on when I entered the room, which sort of made me feel like it had been hastily vacated and that made it feel even less clean than it was. I would not stay here again. I would have been more comfortable and felt safer sleeping in my car at a truck stop than I felt in this location. "
