De chalet was in orde maar de keu's hadden geen topje dus konden we niet biljarten. De weg naar de chalet is in slechte staat. Als het ijzelt of sneeuwt vraag ik mij af hoe je daar geraakt???

Fantastisch huis, veel ruimtes en privacy op het perceel. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving maar ook goed vertoeven in en om het huis. Het weggetje er naar toe is in het begin een ding, maar later in de week wen je er wel aan.

Wir haben von Ardennes Online SRL folgende Meldung erhalten: Das untere Laken im 1. Stock hatte einen schmutzigen Fleck (Fußabdruck). 2 Bratpfannen, 1 Kochpfanne, 2 Teller waren nicht sauber. Diverse Küchenutensilien außer Betrieb. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht und wurde am Donnerstagnachmittag repariert. Es fehlten Anweisungen, sodass wir keine CDs abspielen und/oder belgische Sender empfangen konnten. Ich habe 2-2-Personen-Bettlakensets für 1 Bett erhalten und eines zurückgegeben. Eine angemessene Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten wäre angemessen. Wir haben Ardennes online über diese Nachricht an Sie informiert.

Erstklassige Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Der Weg dorthin ist eine ziemliche Herausforderung! Ein Billardtisch ist ein Pluspunkt, obwohl die Billardqueues etwas Liebe brauchen. Nachteil: steile und rutschige Treppe. Ziemlich komplett ausgestattet und im Erdgeschoss schön renoviert. Manche Dinge beginnen sich zu bewähren. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Mooie aangename chalet met prachtig zicht. Dik pluspunt is de biljartruimte. Snelle tussenkomst van de vriendelijke technieker om een probleem met de TV op te lossen. Nadeel is de weg erheen. De trap aan de buitenzijde zou best uitgerust worden met een antisliplaag. Mooie ruime kamers beneden. Properheid zou wel beter kunnen. Wij komen zeker graag terug.

Alles was top, alleen de schoonmaak mag echt beter. Hebben alles eerst afgewassen voor gebruik zo vettig. En de douche was eigenlijk gewoon vies. Verder wel snel warm bij koude temperaturen!

Mooie villa op een rustige plek

Het verblijf was naar wens. De villa ligt op een mooie rustige plek en is goed verzorgd. Inchecken op 25-30 minuten rijden en het niet in werking zijn van een wel aanwezige CO/Brandmelder waren de minpunten.

De vakantiewoning is geweldig daar valt niets aan af te dingen en de omgeving is rustig en hond vriendelijk. Alleen toen wij de accommodatie hadden ingericht met de meegebrachte spullen wilden wij de gaskachels aansteken. Bij het boekje was er voor het huisje specifiek informatie bijgesloten en middels handleiding hebben wij de gaskachels geprobeerd aan te steken. Maar het was bij beiden kachels niet mogelijk ook het beloofde hout wat onder de carport moest liggen was niet aanwezig en er was geen aansteker te vinden, neem die dus zelf mee! Hierdoor was het in de woonkamer 4 graden warm en in de slaapkamers 1 graad. Wij hebben in de woning specifieke documenten gekeken en er was alleen een telefoon nr van de receptie wat je kon bellen maar die was dicht en er is op de automatische antwoorder geen noodnummer opgenomen. Het noodnummer staat dus in de brochure, je moet er maar opkomen omdat nog eens door te nemen. De dag erop is er hout gebracht en zijn in het 2de middagsdeel de gaskachels gemaakt. In de tussen liggende periode had ik bij een boer al openhaardhout gekocht en af laten leveren. Enfin je betaald 125EUR schoonmaakkosten maar de woning was niet schoon en gebruiksklaar wij hebben geen gebruik kunnen maken van de hottub want het rookkanaal was geblokkeerd. Al met al zijn wij nog een aantal defecten tegen gekomen en hebben dit gemeld. Oja en de borg was nog even verhoogd van 250 naar 500 EUR die kun je even af tikken naast de toeristenbelasting en dit maakte dus een totaal van 575 EUR.

De woning was voor ons prima, alleen je moet wel rekening houden met extra kosten. Belvilla is alleen een bemiddelingsbureau. De sleutel van de woning moet bij een andere organisatie opgehaald worden, Ardennen Online. Ook rekent Ardennen Online extra kosten voor bijvoorbeeld hout en afval scheiding. Ook moet er en borgsom betaald worden, wat niet bekend was bij Belvilla. Veel onduidelijkheid over ´extra´ de kosten.

Schönes Chalet mit schöner Aussicht. Einzige Abstriche, nur 6 französische Beiträge im TV, schwierige Treppen für Hunde, die keine Treppen steigen dürfen / können, keine Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle. Der Weg dorthin ist nichts für sportliche Autos, fürchte ich 🤣!Der vorhandene Whirlpool und das Poolbillard sind sehr cool.Schöne, geräumige Schlafzimmer.
